History

In 2949, a long-range comms experiment funded by a rogue collective of fringe technologists and outlaw engineers went horribly right.

What started as a deep-space frequency test near the fringes of the Nyx system turned into an unscheduled leap through an unstable micro-jump. The ship—The Dropwave—vanished. Six months later, it reappeared in the Stanton system, covered in spectral radiation, trailing a hypnotic audio pulse. The only message decoded from its black box?

“We found the beat behind the black. The void has rhythm.”

From that moment, Wub Wub Interstellar was born—an independent faction of explorers, data runners, sonic scientists, traders, bounty hunters, and salvagers united by one idea:

The universe isn’t silent. It sings. And we follow the bassline.

They don’t claim star systems. They don’t play politics. They roam the verse tuning into weird signals, recovering lost tech, testing unstable jump points, and pulsing across the stars with deep green glow trails and violet-flared ships. Their origin is debated, their goals unclear—but those who fly with Wub Wub Interstellar know this:
