Four years ago, when the galaxy was young and the ‘verse still held secrets in its darkest corners, a legend was born from desperation and defiance. Deep in the uncharted void, far from the prying eyes of the UEE and beyond the reach of corporate fleets, a group of pilots found themselves trapped—hunted, outnumbered, and abandoned by those they once called allies.

The Crucible

It was in this moment of ultimate pressure, when hope seemed as distant as the nearest star, that something extraordinary happened. Rather than surrender or scatter like cosmic dust, these pilots made a choice that would echo through the stars for generations. They turned to face the void itself—not as victims, but as predators. They embraced the darkness that others feared, finding strength in the endless black that had become their prison.

We Are the Storm in the Black

The galaxy tells us to follow rules written by those who never faced the void. They speak of law and order while sitting in climate-controlled stations, never knowing the bite of space or the weight of true freedom. We reject their fiction.

WE BELIEVE:

In the Right of Taking
The universe owes us nothing, and we owe it nothing in return. What we need, we take. What we want, we claim. The strong survive, the weak serve, and the bold write their names across the stars.

In Brotherhood Above All
No government, no corporation, no fleet admiral commands the loyalty we give to our own. When a Void Reaver calls, we answer. When one falls, we all fall. When one rises, we all rise. Our bond is forged in fire and sealed in the vacuum of space.

In Freedom from False Authority
The UEE claims dominion over systems they’ve never bled for. Corporations carve up worlds like commodities. We recognize no sovereignty but our own will and no law but what we make in the moment. The void bows to no flag.

In the Strength of the Pack
A lone wolf dies in space, but the pack endures. We hunt together, fight together, share the spoils together. Every Reaver—from the greenest recruit to the most seasoned captain—has a voice, has worth, has family.

In Evolution Through Conflict
Comfort breeds weakness. Safety breeds complacency. We embrace the chaos of the frontier because it makes us stronger, faster, deadlier. Every battle is a lesson, every loss a teacher, every victory a step toward legend.

WE REJECT:

## ARTICLE I: IDENTITY & PURPOSE

Name: The Void Reavers
Founded: Four years past, in the crucible of the void
Purpose: To sail the black seas of space as free pirates, bound by brotherhood and united in our pursuit of fortune, freedom, and legend.

## ARTICLE II: CORE PRINCIPLES

The Reaver Code:
1. Family First – No Reaver stands alone. Crew comes before profit, brotherhood before glory.
2. Freedom Above All – We bow to no authority but our own conscience and the will of our crew.
3. Strength Through Unity – Together we are storm; divided we are merely whispers in the void.
4. Earn Your Place – Respect is given freely, trust is earned through deed, leadership through wisdom.

## ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP

Entry Requirements:
- Willingness to embrace the pirate way
- Commitment to crew above self
- No previous requirements of skill or ship ownership

Rights of Members:
- Equal voice in crew decisions
- Fair share of all profits and spoils
- Access to organizational ships and resources
- Training and mentorship from veteran Reavers
- Protection and support of the full crew

Responsibilities:
- Honor the Reaver Code
- Support fellow crew members
- Contribute skills and effort to crew success
- Respect the chain of command during operations

## ARTICLE IV: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The Captain’s Council: Senior leadership responsible for strategic decisions
Fleet Captains: Leaders of specialized operations and ship divisions
Crew Chiefs: Experienced members who guide and train newcomers
Reavers: Full members of the organization
Prospects: New members in training period

## ARTICLE V: OPERATIONS & CONDUCT

Rules of Engagement:
- We are pirates, but we are not monsters

- New players receive full support and training

Distribution of Spoils:
- All profits shared according to contribution and need
- No member left without resources
- Organizational needs funded before individual distribution

Decision Making:
- Major decisions by Captain’s Council consensus

Charter Amendments:
