Vigil Arms Inc. was born in the aftermath of a classified UEE operation gone wrong in the Pyro system. Commander JaguarLee, then a high-ranking special operations officer, was ordered to hold position as a recon team faced overwhelming odds. When reinforcements were denied due to political risk, JaguarLee disobeyed orders to extract his people. The damage was done — the unit was disbanded, the truth buried.

But JaguarLee didn’t disappear. He rallied the survivors and like-minded veterans who had also lost faith in command. From the ashes of that betrayal, Vigil Arms Inc. was forged — an independent paramilitary force dedicated to loyalty, precision, and survival without compromise.

Rise of the Phoenix
Initially operating as a small, mobile strike team, Vigil Arms quickly gained a reputation for disciplined execution and ethical mercenary conduct. As contracts grew, so did their capabilities. Salvage operations were added to reclaim value from the chaos of war. Mining and trade followed — not just for profit, but to ensure self-reliance.

With the appointment of SunnyD as Executive Officer — a recon specialist and trusted brother-in-arms — Vigil expanded into medical and rescue operations, responding to crises where others saw only danger.

Today
Now, Vigil Arms Inc. is a fully-fledged private force with interests spanning combat, logistics, recovery, and commerce. They operate by a simple code: Loyalty is earned, survival is shared, and vigilance never ends.

Article I – Founding Principles
Vigil Arms Inc. was established in 2925 by former UEE Navy Commander JaguarLee following the betrayal and abandonment of UEE forces during a covert operation in the Pyro system. Formed by survivors and operatives who value loyalty over politics, Vigil Arms exists to serve as an autonomous, multi-role force committed to survival, mutual protection, and operational excellence.

We are an independent paramilitary organization — structured, disciplined, and self-sufficient. Our members are bound not by law or flag, but by code, purpose, and trust.

Article II – Mission Statement
Vigil Arms Inc. exists to:

Provide elite security and tactical solutions across UEE space and frontier territories.

Operate salvage, mining, and trade divisions to sustain our autonomy and fund future operations.

Deliver critical medical support and rescue services in high-risk environments.

Offer mentorship and opportunity to members seeking growth and mastery in the ‘verse.

Our mission is to protect our own, fulfill our contracts with precision, and carve a future unbound by empire.

Combat Operations Division
Mercenary contracts, tactical deployments, bounty hunting, and military support.

Salvage & Recovery Division
Wreckage retrieval, derelict operations, battlefield clearance, and value extraction.

Mining & Industry Division
Ground and space-based resource acquisition, refining, and strategic supply management.

Medical & Rescue Division (MRO)
Triage, field medical, civilian extraction, and emergency response.

Logistics & Trade Division
