United Caliban Reclamation Authority / UCRA

The United Caliban Reclamation Authority (UCRA) is an organization primarily composed of descendants of survivors from the devastating Vanduul attack on the Caliban system in 2884. In 2891, the United Empire of Earth (UEE) officially announced that it had no plans to reclaim Caliban, leaving its survivors feeling abandoned, betrayed, and left to fend for themselves without hope of recovery. This sense of abandonment drove a group of resilient survivors and veterans to form the UCRA, determined to restore their lost home.

Operating as a nomadic fleet, the UCRA has tirelessly recruited new members and allies who share their vision and commitment. Over the years, they have worked to gather the resources, capital, and manpower needed to one day retake the Caliban system. In 2950, their persistence paid off when Drake Interplanetary recognized their cause and gifted them a Kraken Light Carrier a critical asset that has bolstered their strength and renewed their hope. Today, the UCRA remains dedicated to its mission, expanding its forces and preparing for the day when they can reclaim what was taken and bring honor back to Caliban.
