If you believe you have “no talent” or someone has yelled that at you at some point in your life, then you don’t belong here, you have no talent; And neither do we. But do not let that keep you from applying to the NO-TALENTS. We accept all that have a desire to explore and to protect those who explore in this vast Universe.

What will start as a small venture to aquire adequate gains to remain comfortable should facilitate the ability to expand our outsourcing possibilities. (DR;TS Yo, we gonna get that green from findin’ all sorts of shit. Then we’s gonna outfit ourselves to take on better jobs an’ such. Ya heard?)

To those that wish to contract our services, let me start off by saying hello.

Hello,

When other orgs turn you down, we will take on the job. Think of our org as a one-stop shop for all your hiring needs. Be it trade lanes, jump holes, mineral fields, escort duty, bounty hunting, cargo hauling, or scrapping, we should have someone to fit your needs. Our diversification goals allow us to accomplish this. We will be striving to collect a wide set of individuals who will come from all walks of life and wish to achieve all manner of goals. This is why we are NO-TALENTS. A talent is a unique trait that lets you stand out. We have no such uniqueness as all talents will be represented under our org.

You want it done? You want NO-TALENTS.

There is a very loose structure to this organization. But make no mistake, Someone is in charge.

No role playing is needed to be a member, those that do rp can do so with the knowledge that we most likely will not join in.

Until RSI implements in-game chat services, Steam and Discord will be used.

The Primary function of this org when the PU launches is to explore and escort to expand our charts and contacts.

The Secondary function of this org is to generate further contacts and contracts for any available role that those within the org wish to fulfill.

If I know you, you get sir rank.

If someone I know knows you, you get a smaller rank.

If I do not know you, you get scrub rank.

Learn to get to know those within the organization and you will rank up.

A higher rank grants additional access to ships, ship parts, cargo, contracts, and star maps.

All members have immediate access to the org skin and uniform.

The skin is mandatory on any ship that is listed in the org fleet.

The uniform is only mandatory when representing the org in an official capacity.

Nobody likes a crybaby, but misbehavior towards fellow members or non-aggressive orgs will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Those found to be misrepresenting the org will be demoted to scrub rank until behavior has shown to improve. If behavior continues,
membership will be revoked.

Those found to be intentionally damaging the org will be removed from the org permanently and be added to a blacklist kept by the owner.

Anyone who wishes to leave the org can, at any time and for any reason, no questions asked. Though, a heads-up is appreciated.
