Trident Security Contingent / TRISEC

Founded in the year 2947 Trident Security Contingent is a creation of ex-navy pilots, UEE Marines and Navy logistics who served in the battle of Vega-2, 2945. Years of Vanduul incursions into UEE systems had many serving in the UEE’s military frustrated they could not do more to counter the Vanduul.

Though the second fleet would prove victorious over the Vanduul in Vega, a lot of service men & women felt the UEE’s military wasn’t covering enough ground, with the rapid increases in criminality due to lack of navy forces in many systems, the UEE was becoming an unsafe place.
Many service men & women decided that the UEE military was no longer a fit for them choosing not to sign another contract.

One such man is {REDACTED} From Sherman, Castra system A UEE Navy fighter pilot of twenty years decided not to renew his contract with the navy but instead to found his own private military organization with long term colleague and friend {REDACTED}. Agreeing the UEE wasn’t providing enough security for the outer territories of the UEE, TRIDENT SECURITY CONTINGENT was founded to fill that void.

The UEE senate pushing the bill through for the “Militia Mobilization Initiative” Cemented TRISEC as a private security contractor, having access to military hardware. Many ex-service men & women would start to join PSC’s, PMC’s and Militia groups making these groups very effective tools for the UEE to call upon during times of crisis for a fraction of the cost to send the navy.
