Corporate Charter of TNT Solutions, Inc.

Article I: Name
The name of the corporation shall be TNT Solutions, Inc.

Article II: Purpose TNT Solutions, Inc. is established to operate as a for-profit organization with the following objectives:

• Security Services: Provide comprehensive security solutions encompassing physical security, cybersecurity, and asset protection for industrial and space-based operations.
• Transportation and Logistics: Offer advanced transportation services, including heavy haul logistics, multimodal transport, and interplanetary cargo solutions.
• Strategic Operations: Conduct operational support, reconnaissance, and intelligence coordination to enhance corporate and interstellar mission efficiency.
• Infrastructure & Salvaging: Engage in the recovery, repurposing, and maintenance of orbital infrastructure, defunct satellites, and spacecraft to promote sustainable space operations.

Article III: Classification
This corporation is organized as a for-profit entity under the laws of the Stanton System.

Article IV: Registered Agent and Office The registered agent for TNT Solutions, Inc. shall be:

Article X: Limitation of Director Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Stanton law, no director of the corporation shall be personally liable to the corporation or its shareholders for monetary damages for any act or omission in the director’s capacity as a director, except for liability resulting from:

• A breach of the director’s duty of loyalty to the corporation or its shareholders;
• Acts or omissions not in good faith or which involve intentional misconduct or a knowing violation of law;
• A transaction from which the director received an improper benefit, whether or not the benefit resulted from an action taken within the scope of the director’s office;
• An act or omission for which the liability of a director is expressly provided by statute.
