Titan Militia

Born from the ashes of a collapsing frontier, Titan Militia was forged by Maestro a battle-scarred tactician who turned his back on the UEE’s bloated command bureaucracy to build something cleaner, faster, and far more lethal. As the United Empire of Earth struggled to project power beyond its shrinking core, the border systems grew wild. Raiders, insurgents, and syndicates filled the vacuu and Titan Militia stepped into the breach. What began as a tight-knit cadre of ex-servicemen and frontier operators evolved into a multi-theater private military contractor, operating across Stanton, Pyro, Nyx, and beyond. We move where others can’t: fast, precise, and gone before the comms chatter catches up.

Titan Militia runs on one principle: effectiveness without ceremony.
From convoy escort and high-value asset recovery to deep interdiction and surgical sabotage, our units deliver results where diplomacy stalls and bureaucracy fails. Charter

Preamble

As proud members of Titan Militia, we dedicate ourselves to preserving integrity, order, and fairness within the Star Citizen universe. This charter defines the standards, ethics, and conduct expected of every member, ensuring our collective mission—to confront and deter griefing—remains just, disciplined, and purposeful.

Article I: Foundational Values

Justice Over Vengeance
Members will respond only to verified acts of griefing, never retaliating impulsively or targeting uninvolved players. Our actions must be measured, lawful, and focused on restoring balance—not revenge.

Honor and Responsibility
Every Titan Militia member is expected to uphold honesty, transparency, and accountability. Any questionable behavior, including that of fellow members, should be reported through proper channels.

Universal Respect
All players, friend or foe, deserve basic human respect. Personal insults, discriminatory language, or harassment of any kind are strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated.

No Room for Hate
Discrimination and prejudice have no place in Titan Militia. Acts or expressions of bigotry, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, anti-Semitism, or Islamophobia, will result in swift and decisive disciplinary measures, up to and including removal from the organization.

Piracy is Not Griefing
While piracy is a part of the gameplay experience in Star Citizen, Titan Militia does not view it as griefing. We understand that piracy is a legitimate game mechanic and part of the universe’s dynamic. While we may protect players from the consequences of piracy, such as unlawful interference with their trade or assets, piracy itself is not our main target and will not be considered an act of griefing.

Article II: Duties of the Enlisted

Unity and Support
Members will cooperate to safeguard civilians, escort vulnerable players, and patrol dangerous zones. Disagreements within the organization will be settled respectfully, with leadership guiding mediation.

Education and Mentorship
Titan Militia members are encouraged to share tactical knowledge, awareness, and resources to help the wider community identify and avoid exploitation or predatory conduct.

Operational Discipline
During coordinated missions, all members must follow command structure and leadership directives. Independent or rogue actions that undermine Titan Militia’s mission will trigger a review and may result in removal.

Organizational Loyalty
Members are expected to remain loyal to Titan Militia and may not maintain membership in other military, paramilitary, or piracy-based groups, preventing conflicts of interest and maintaining mission security.

Article III: Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in Griefing
Any act of griefing by a Titan Militia member directly contradicts our core mission and will lead to immediate expulsion.

Toxicity and Harassment
Abusive, toxic, or disruptive behavior—whether inside or outside the game—will not be tolerated and undermines everything the Militia stands for.

Acts of Bigotry
Titan Militia is an inclusive organization. Expressions of hatred or discrimination, including slurs, offensive usernames or symbols, or conduct that creates a hostile environment, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disciplinary measures.

Article IV: Leadership and Oversight

Leadership Integrity
Command members must lead by example, embodying Titan Militia’s principles in both word and deed. Leaders serve the organization, not themselves.

Disciplinary Procedures
All charter violations will be reviewed by high command. Outcomes may include warnings, suspension, or permanent dismissal, depending on the severity of the infraction.
