§ Ⅰ a. Our founding members are formerly disgraced members of a Black Fleet used by the Messer regime to carry out covert operations to destabilize anti-UEE elements.
§ Ⅰ b. We are here to heal the scars of the wounds inflicted by our past actions, as well as establish ourselves as an Independent Militarized Entity (IME).
§ Ⅰ c. Our member base is made up of Active Duty and Prior Duty Service Military members, skilled Star Citizen veterans, and new players, but we welcome anyone, regardless of background or experience.
§ Ⅰ d. As long as you have an interest in working together with others in structured gameplay, we’re your people!

§ Ⅱ. WHAT

§ Ⅱ a. Fleet Operations Research Group operates as an Independent Militarized Entity (IME) based on operational effectiveness, self-suffiency, and a conviction that we are fighting for the good of all peoples.
§ Ⅱ b. Practically speaking, we are an 18+, hypercasual, self-sufficient Milsim organization focused on coordination, effectiveness, and enjoyment for all our members.
§ Ⅱ c. In operations, we adapt real-life military and logistical strategy to execute with the utmost efficiency and precision.

§ Ⅲ. OUR PRINCIPLES

§ IV. NPC ENTITY RELATIONS

§ Ⅳ a. We recognize the authority of the UEE in core systems (Terra, Sol), but are weary of their imperialist underpinnings.
§ Ⅳ b. We recognize the authority of the People’s Alliance in the Nyx system.
§ Ⅳ c. We take a neutral stance in Pyro, given the tenuity of geopolitical relations in the system.
§ Ⅳ d. We are ordained by God to subsume the territory of the Vanduul and subjugate their peoples.

§ Ⅴ. PLAYER ENTITY RELATIONS

§ I: FORGE CHARTER

§ I a. Fleet Operations Research Group Echo hereby establishes itself and its associates as an Independent Militarized Entity with respect to regional authorities as outlined in §IV of our Manifesto.

§ I b. If trade relations are officially initiated between us and another entity via a contract outlined and signed by the leaders of the respective governing bodies agreeing upon terms that encompass exchanges of universally-legal commodities and their additional tariffs and taxes, then the legislative rulings regarding trade within the two entities shall take effect.

§ Ⅱ: GENERAL PREREQUISITES

§ Ⅱ a. Maturity. Your mindfulness and willingness to cooperate are imperative to our collective success. Joking around is not a problem, but if it is offensive to others or hinders in the efficiency of an operation, then it will be an issue.

§ Ⅱ b. Activity. Real-life circumstances and situations take precedence over in-game activities. However, promotions are granted to those who are loyal, participate, display servant-leadership qualities, and are a boon to those around them.

§ Ⅱ c. Membership. You may be involved with other organizations, but it is required that you reveal your status with organizations that have been redacted on your profile page for the safety of everyone.

§ Ⅱ d. Role-play. This includes following orders on operations and using callsigns/technical terms/jargon.

§ Ⅱ e. Acceptance. Our goal is one that welcomes any willing to join us. We all come from different paths of life, but that won’t stop us from going on this journey together.

§ Ⅱ f. Respect for the chain of command. Ranks are based on an ethos emphasizing servant-leadership. In other words, officers make sure people enjoy the game while executing at a high level. A rank/title indicates experience, loyalty, and the ability to handle responsibility in keeping the org running. Individuals within this organization are where they are because they consistently exemplify org values and are a boon to their subordinates.

§ Ⅱ g. Common sense. Think about what you say before you say it. If you have to consider whether it may be offensive to the individuals that you are speaking to, you probably shouldn’t say it. Remember that your fellow members are human beings. Don’t be crude, facetious, or denigrating to others. This organization is meant to be a community built on the pillars of respect, trust, and (as corny as it sounds) friendship.

§ Ⅲ: BEHAVIORAL GUIDELINES

§ Ⅲ a. Be kind. This is a safe space.

§ Ⅲ b. Do not harass anyone. Trolling, hate speech, threats of harm (e.g., doxxing), scams, soliciting, and bullying are grounds for immediate banishment.

§ Ⅲ c. Avoid controversial topics. Keep social, political, and other controversial commentary to a minimum.

§ Ⅲ d. Org events are a serious environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive (e.g., fooling around, hot mic’ing) during trainings or operations may result in removal from the event.

§ Ⅲ e. OPSEC is essential to FORGE’s functioning. Tactical and strategic information divulged by leadership during org events is expected to be kept confidential by all parties, unless otherwise noted.

§ Ⅲ f. No complaining. Bellyaching or complaining about game issues irritates people and creates a bitter atmosphere. Leave your gripes at the door.

§ Ⅲ g. Administrators act at their discretion. Rules are interpreted and infractions are adjudicated on a case-to-case basis, with considerations for factors such as severity, frequency, and context.
