Manifesto
The Terran Dominion is a collection of groups and organizations united under one banner. [Terracraft] is not just another organization it is a whole new world of gameplay possibilities for members. This group is not only building a multipurposed force able to do anything in the game, it is offering the potential for any 1 person or organization to rise to the top in order to claim not only the leadership of The Terran Dominion but the the crown over which every organization under our banner unite.
There will be war and internal conflict but with conflict comes strength and a united purpose in the verse.
As such this Organization fully plans on some internal conflicts and battles for control of the empire but will also be managing conflicts under the Imperial Banner. The Imperial Guard will be empowered to remove trolls and griefers from the oranization but will allow proper challenges to claim power.
There are 2 bodies in which you need concern yourself. The Imperial guard who can make final decisions in the organization and will take requests from the Emperor to enforce, and the Senate which is a collection of both internal organization members and external org leaders.
These 2 groups can promote and demote players in the organization through votes. The Emperor can offer a position to any player in the organization with the backing of the Imperial Guard. Like wise the Senate can vote to promote or demote any player in the organization with enough votes with Imperial Guard approval.
For players wanting to climb through other means for now we will accept climbing through combat however you will need a majority of players under the position you seek to back your claim at which point the Imperial guard will replace them with you. If the numbers are even or a challenge is needed combat in the agreed method can be used to aquire the position. FPS, DOGFIGHTING, RACING, GAMBLING, EVEN ECONOMIC CHALLANGES can be agreed apon to declare a winner. For each person engaging in competition they may substitute themselves for an another person in the competition of their choice as to give themselves the best odds of success and promote strategic thinking.

Charter
All members must be able to escape prison.
All members will learn the basics of gameplay and professions.
Members shall provide support to fellow org mates.
Some roles or disagreements may be settled with combat or competition.
Some operations may require illegal activity.
Fleet Ship Rentals will be crewed by org mates and Crew will be payed Hourly for Service.
Terms of a Bet in Gambling will be Honored and Failure to Pay up will be met with Penalties.
