Out there, only whales survive.

Spacewhale Mission Statement
“War doesn’t ask questions — and neither do we. Spacewhale is a private military solutions provider operating across UEE space and beyond. We offer tactical superiority, strategic execution, and operational discretion to clients who can meet our price. Governments, mega-corps, or private interests — our loyalty is contractual, not ideological. Whether it’s asset extraction, convoy defence, suppression ops, or black zone enforcement, we bring overwhelming force with surgical precision. In a galaxy where diplomacy fails and morality bends, Spacewhale delivers results.”
- Pandainsomnia, Spacewhale XO
Spacewhale isn’t driven by idealism or patriotism — it’s driven by profit, reputation, and operational challenge. The org exists to fill the void left by fractured militaries, overreaching megacorps, and bureaucratic gridlock. Spacewhale takes contracts that are high-risk, high-reward, and doesn’t flinch at morally grey work — as long as the pay is right and the mission is clear. They prize efficiency, adaptability, and autonomy, choosing jobs not based on who’s “right,” but on what’s worth it.
Spacewhale’s philosophy is pragmatic realism. We see the ‘Verse for what it is: a cold, chaotic, power-stratified system where idealism gets people killed and leverage wins wars. We don’t pretend to be heroes — and we don’t need to be villains. Instead, we operate by a hard-edged code: honor the contract, complete the mission, protect your own. Trust inside the org is everything; outside of it, everything’s negotiable.
We see morality as a luxury for civilians and politics as another battlefield with fewer guns. That doesn’t mean we’re cruel — just calculated. Collateral is minimized when possible, but not at the expense of the objective. Some members are ex-UEE military disillusioned with red tape, others are frontier survivors who believe in strength through unity. All of them understand one thing: in the black, you either eat or get eaten. The Spacewhale chooses to eat.
I. Loyalty Is to the Contract
Members are bound to the terms of active contracts. Personal opinions, politics, and moral judgments do not override the mission. If the credits are clean, the job is green.II. Internal Integrity, External Discretion
Within Spacewhale, trust is survival. Members do not steal from, sabotage, or betray fellow operatives. Disputes are resolved through internal arbitration. Outside the org, trust is earned, not assumed.III. Operational Discipline
Orders from squad leads and command structure must be followed during missions. Initiative is valued, but chaos gets people killed. We are professionals, not pirates.IV. Collateral Control
Collateral damage is to be minimized where possible — not out of mercy, but out of strategic necessity. Senseless violence creates unwanted attention and bad contracts. Precision is policy.V. Reputation Is Currency
Our name is our market value. Members will not engage in unsanctioned raids, random acts of piracy, or unauthorized warcrimes under the Spacewhale tag. We do dirty work, not stupid work.VI. OpSec Is Life
Do not discuss mission intel, client identities, or internal operations outside secure comms. Loose lips void contracts and get fleets vaporized.VII. You Don’t Work for Free
All operations must be compensated, logged, and cleared through command. Charity work is for civilians. Exceptions may be made — rarely — and only by top command.VIII. Strength, Loyalty, Profit
These are our pillars. Stay sharp, stay paid, and protect your own. The ‘Verse won’t hand you survival — you take it, together.Violations of this Charter will result in demotion, expulsion, or hostile reprisal, depending on severity and circumstance.
