We were miners, traders, and salvagers — hands that bled to build empires and feed corporations.
When the void turned against us, they left us to break.
But steel breaks.
We took what was meant to crush us and made it our own.

History

We were workers — not soldiers, not officers.
We were the ones in the dust and the dark, turning drills for a wage that barely bought breath.
When the rigs failed and the quotas grew, the overseers told us to endure while they sat fat on Shubin credits.
When the void grew hungry and the machines turned against us, the corporation cut the line and left us to die.
But we did not die.
On the Shubin 38-K Orion, under the hand of Kanazuchi, we broke our chains. The mutiny was not born of ambition, but of survival. The corporate crew who would have watched us suffocate were cast out into the dark. The ship that was meant to grind us into dust became ours. We reforged it, and we named it The Iron Anvil.
From that day, we swore no empire would claim us, no corporation would own us, and no overseer would break us. We were salvagers and haulers, welders and traders. We bound ourselves not by contracts or coin, but by work, by blood, and by iron.
As the cycles turned, others found us — refugees, deserters, the abandoned and the cast-aside. Some came alone, others in ships scarred and limping, all carrying the same truth: the only masters worth serving are the ones who labor beside you.
From a mutiny, we became a fleet. From a fleet, we became a people. And from rust and ruin, we forged the Iron Claw Collective.
Steel breaks. Claws rip. Iron endures.

Manifesto

We are the hands that built the empire, the backs that bore the corp’s weight, the lungs that choked in their dust.
And when we broke, they cast us aside.
Never again.
We do not serve the UEE. We do not bow to corporations. Their contracts are chains, their wages are lies.
We will not sell our labor for the profit of overseers.
We will not watch our kin starve while others fatten on our sweat.
We will not bleed for anyone but each other.
We are not pirates. We are not slaves. We are iron.
Our laws are simple:
Work is survival. All must labor.
Unity is strength. None endure alone.
We prey on no worker, but we break all who would prey on us.
The iron we take, we share. The iron we forge, we wield.
The dead are not forgotten. Their names live carved in steel.
We will not be forgotten. We will not be broken.
We will not vanish into silence.
To the UEE, we are dissidents. To the corps, we are thieves. To the weak, we are a warning.
But to the forgotten, to the abandoned, to the broken and scarred — we are proof.
Proof that steel breaks. Claws rip.
Iron endures.

Charter

Steel breaks. Claws rip. Iron endures.
We, the workers abandoned by empire and corporation, cast off their chains and took our lives into our own hands.
This is our law, our oath, and our iron.

Article I – On Freedom
No member of the Collective shall serve the UEE, the corps, or any master.
Contracts, wages, and debts are chains — we break them all.
Our loyalty is only to the Claw.

Article II – On Work
All must labor. Work is survival.
Idleness is betrayal. The lazy weaken the hand that feeds us all.
From salvage to forge, from trade to defense, each claw finds its place.

Article III – On Unity
No one stands above the Claw — not Kanazuchi, not the Forged Circle, not the strongest nor the oldest.
Disputes are brought to the Circle and settled in the open.
We endure only together.

Article IV – On Iron
What we salvage is ours. What we forge is ours.
Iron is shared according to need, not greed.
Every scar upon our ships, every claw etched into steel, is a memory of survival.

Article V – On Defense
We do not strike the weak.
We defend what is ours with tooth, claw, and fire.
If struck, we return the blow tenfold, and we leave scars as warning.

Article VI – On the Dead
The fallen are remembered as The Anviled.
Their names are carved into the hull of The Iron Anvil.
When one falls, the hammer still strikes. Their silence strengthens our iron.

Article VII – On the Future
We will not fade into the void.
We will raise our children in iron, not chains.
We will endure, scarred but unbroken, until the stars themselves burn out.
Thus sworn, thus bound, thus endured.

The Iron Claw Collective.
