StarKiller PMC – A Brief History
Founded during the aftermath of the First Vanduul War, StarKiller PMC emerged from the ashes of scattered mercenary groups who sought purpose and order. Initially known as Stellar Vanguard, the group was formed by veterans of the war who were disillusioned with the UEE’s handling of post-war security.
In its early years, StarKiller gained a reputation for completing high-risk contracts in hostile environments, ranging from dangerous pirate-infested zones to the fringes of UEE space. Their strict code of professionalism, disciplined operations, and unmatched tactical expertise quickly earned them the trust of corporations, governments, and criminal syndicates alike.
Over the years, StarKiller evolved into one of the most feared and respected PMC factions in the ‘verse. Specializing in combat ops, protection details, and extractions, they built a network of loyal operatives and strategic alliances. Their motto, “Secure. Execute. Extract.” reflects their no-nonsense approach to fulfilling any mission—no matter the cost.
Today, StarKiller PMC continues to expand its influence, offering its services to the highest bidder and proving that professionalism and precision can overcome any obstacle.

Charter
Charter of StarKiller PMC
I. Preamble
Founded in the crucible of interstellar conflict, StarKiller Private Military Company (PMC) exists to provide elite tactical operations, high-risk extractions, and planetary security solutions in an unpredictable galaxy. We are bound by no flag but the contract, and loyal only to our creed:
Secure. Execute. Extract.
II. Purpose
Operational Excellence:
To deliver high-impact military and security services with precision, efficiency, and discipline.
Corporate Neutrality:
To remain independent of political alliances, focusing solely on fulfilling client objectives.
Team Integrity:
To maintain a cohesive, highly trained, and professional cadre of operators, where loyalty and performance are paramount.
III. Structure
1. High Command (Command Council):
Responsible for overall direction, contract approval, diplomacy, and internal governance.
Oversees strategic vision.
Assigns Commanding Officers to operational divisions.
Has final authority on internal disputes and dismissals.
2. Divisions:
Each member is assigned to a specialized division based on skills and preference.
Assault Division – Direct engagement, boarding ops, CQB.
Tactical Recon – Infiltration, scouting, long-range support.
Extraction & Recovery – Personnel recovery, asset retrieval, VIP escort.
Logistics & Support – Transport, refuel, rearm, and resupply coordination.
3. Ranks:
Ranks reflect operational trust and earned responsibility. Promotions are based on merit, performance, and leadership.
IV. Code of Conduct
Loyalty to the PMC:
Members will not compromise PMC operations or intelligence.
Respect the Chain of Command:
Orders are followed; discipline is enforced.
Mission Comes First:
Personal disputes or politics must not interfere with objectives.
Professionalism in All Interactions:
Whether dealing with clients, allies, or enemies—represent the PMC with pride.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Discrimination, harassment, or insubordination will result in immediate dismissal.
V. Contracts & Engagement
Client Screening:
All contracts must be approved by High Command. StarKiller PMC does not engage in terrorism, slavery, or crimes against civilians.
Rules of Engagement:
Operators are expected to maintain control, avoid unnecessary collateral damage, and follow mission parameters to the letter.
Payout Distribution:
All contracted earnings are fairly distributed according to risk, role, and contribution.
VI. Amendments
This Charter may be amended only by unanimous vote of the Command Council. All changes must be communicated to the full membership and take effect immediately upon ratification.
