Our Mission
Shadow Moses SCMD encompasses all roles outside of flying dogfighters and FPS PvP combat. This includes:

Industry/Logistics – Acquiring and distributing goods, materials and resources. Includes mining, salvaging, hauling, crafting, fitting ships, etc.
Combat Support – Not-so-sweaty combat disciplines. Includes Capital ship operation/crewing, engineering, missile boats, bombers, farming PvE content, etc.
Capital Ship Operation – Preparation and fast response to capital combat events. Includes specialized piloting training and tactical development for capital ships.

We are actively seeking capital ship owners in the Western US Timezones (GMT-7, GMT-8, GMT-9).

A profound desire to be a part of the winning side.
Willingness to do what it takes to bring us from where we are to uncompromising domination, whatever it might look like in a given patch. We increasingly understand winning this game goes beyond raw sweaty PvP. There are gaps and you’re expected to be excited not only to solve them but also to take pride in what doing so contributes to our conquest.

Up-to-dateness
Regularly experimenting with and keeping tabs on changes to the current meta of your main disciplines, including loot, trade, mining, crafting, capital combat, and ship meta as it applies to the current game.

Proactiveness, excellence and commitment to the bigger picture.
Shadow Moses has had a significant grip on sweaty PvP talent and we believe the same sort of skill distribution can be achieved in other facets of the game. Our members are expected to excel by whatever metrics apply in the current game, above and beyond what’s expected in the typical org. Be able to take direction, but don’t expect to be told what to do constantly. Find your loops and how they can benefit the cause. Be selfless, focus on the bigger picture, take pride in the results and the sum of our parts. Make things happen faster and better.

Understand that Support Command is NOT an entry point or stepping stone to sweaty dogfighting or FPS PvP combat. It is parallel and equal in importance. If you’re not excited by the expectations listed above, do not apply.
