“Killing generals could get to be a habit with me.”

History

The Dirty Dozen began not with a grand strategy, but with a moment of clarity.

In late 2024, Star Citizen’s universe shifted. With the release of 4.0 and the surge to 600+ players per server, the potential for true combined arms warfare became real. During the chaos of the Supply or Die event, a handful of players found themselves operating around the clock. There was no command structure, no moderators, just instinct and improvisation. It didn’t last. One bad actor fractured the group, and the verse scattered them.

Some of those misfits stayed in touch. They weren’t organized, but they were effective. Fast. Surgical. Able to pull off missions that larger orgs couldn’t touch. What started as a loose band of independents became something more—a unit built on trust, skill, and the kind of quiet coordination that doesn’t need orders to execute.

That’s how The Dirty Dozen was born. Not modeled after any one group, but inspired by the kind of crew where every member brings something different to the table. You might find a Jefferson holding the line, a Franko watching the flank, and a Reisman at the helm. Not polished, but precise. Not loud, but lethal.

We’re not huge, and we don’t want to be. We’re here to enjoy the game, push its limits, and operate like the old-school commandos who got the job done without fanfare. Structure when needed. Freedom when earned. And always, respect for the crew beside you.

Ask around. You’ll hear about the epic stand at Lazarus, or the Hathor run, where we cleared pirate space just to mine in peace. We don’t need recognition. We just need the mission.

Manifesto

We’re not here to follow orders. We’re here to make an impact.

The Dirty Dozen is a tight-knit crew of operators who thrive on small-unit tactics and high-stakes missions. We don’t chase glory, and we don’t need a crowd. What we do need is each other. When the dust settles, it’s the team that matters.

We’re misfits by nature, professionals by choice. Authority doesn’t impress us. Results do. We move with purpose, each member bringing a different edge to the blade. No egos. No micromanagement. Just trust, earned and absolute.

We fight hard. We play smart. We win often. And when we lose, we do it with grit and a grin. Because at the end of the day, this is a game, and games are meant to be enjoyed.

Casual in tone. Serious in execution. If you know your craft and respect the crew beside you, you’ll fit right in.

Charter

We don’t do hand-holding. We don’t do drama. We do precision, loyalty, and results. If you’re here, you’re expected to know your craft and respect your crew. That said, here’s the short list:

  • 18+ only – We operate like professionals. That starts with maturity.
  • English preferred – For clarity in ops and comms.
  • Discord preferred – If you’re not on comms, you’re not in the fight.
  • No cheating – Skill wins battles. Integrity wins wars.
  • Don’t be a dick – We’re a tight unit. Respect is non-negotiable.

We’re small by design. We move fast, hit hard, and trust each other to get the job done without micromanagement. If that sounds like your kind of crew, welcome aboard.
