History
“Growing anything out here is hard work.”
- June 6th, 2955 – After losing at a card game Heydan Seegil becomes the temporary Mayor to the budding city of Sheperd’s Rest and is shortly thereafter vested with the duty of conducting a local census of the population as well as organizing the local government. Elections for a permeant Mayor along with other city officials are scheduled and the basic political infrastructure of the township is laid out.
Manifesto
A provisionary city government was formed on June 6th, 2955, following a card game within the main habitat of Sheperd’s Rest whereupon it was determined a temporary representative would facilitate the needs of the Mayor’s Office until a vote can take place on the week of December 29th, 2955, thru January 3rd, 2956, with the winners of elections being announced on January 5th, 2956.
The elections will determine the positions of:- Mayor
- Vice Mayor
- City Council Members
- City Commissioner
- City Attorney
Only Residents of Shepard’s Rest may participate in voting, and anyone may file as a Resident of Shepard’s Rest until the elections have been concluded.

We live in Pyro. Don’t start it nothing and there won’t be nothing, but if you do start something, then you best be sure you can finish it.
