We are committed to RP for Logistics and Trading gameplay.

History

Shapes Ltd. — Starlight Hauling Performance Services Limited (commonly known as Shapes) traces its origins to humble beginnings and a visionary leader. The company was founded by Eden Hall in the aftermath of the “Merc Breakup”, a pivotal moment that led him to part ways with his former comrades and escape his former mercenary life. Eden sought to trade the violence and unpredictability of his past for the stability and ambition of his logistics dreams. With nothing but determination and a modest hauler, Eden set out to build an enterprise from scratch, carving his path in the unforgiving expanse of Stanton’s trading routes.

In its early days, Shapes was a one-man operation, focused on honest and efficient cargo hauling. Eden’s relentless work ethic and commitment to integrity quickly earned the trust of clients, allowing him to expand his fleet and recruit like-minded individuals. Over time, Shapes grew into a reputable name in logistics, known for its reliability and adaptability in a competitive sector dominated by corporate giants.

The defining moment for Shapes came in 2948 when Drake Interplanetary announced the release of the Kraken, a groundbreaking multi-role light carrier. Eden, always looking to diversify and innovate, seized the opportunity. Through a flawless negotiation with Drake, he secured one of the first production models. This acquisition marked a turning point for Shapes, transforming it from a cargo hauling company into a multifaceted logistics powerhouse.

With the Kraken at the core of its fleet, Shapes expanded its portfolio to include fleet transport, ship refueling, and strategic asset deployment alongside its classic cargo hauling and trading services. The addition of the Kraken showcased Eden’s foresight and ambition, setting a new standard for independent logistics operations in the Stanton system.

Today, Shapes stands as a testament to Eden Hall’s vision and resilience. The company’s trajectory, from its modest beginnings to its current role as a versatile logistics leader, reflects the values that Eden instilled from day one: honesty, innovation, and a relentless drive to excel in a challenging and ever-changing industry.

Manifesto

We don’t run on bravado.
We run on delivery.

Shapes Ltd. was founded on the belief that logistics is more than cargo—it’s trust, timing, and tenacity. From a lone hauler with a vision to a fleet-backed logistics outfit powered by one of the first Krakens off the Drake line, our story is proof that ambition doesn’t always roar—it shows up, loads the job, and gets it done right.

We stand for:

Operational integrity. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver. And we don’t stop until it’s delivered.

Scalable logistics. Whether it’s a crate or a capital-class deployment, we move assets with precision, discipline, and accountability.

Fleet-first mentality. Our Kraken isn’t a trophy—it’s a tool. A platform for hauls, refuels, extractions, and coordinated asset drops across the system.

Evolution by necessity. We adapt, we diversify, and we stay ahead. Not to chase competition, but to build resilience.

Shapes operates within the BlueLion Charter. That means structure, policy, and clean contracts. No piracy. No grey zones. Just straight, legitimate work—with reach.

We’re not here to shout.
We’re here to haul.
And if we’re on your job—you’ll know it’s done before you ask.

Shapes Ltd.
Built to move. Powered by trust.

Charter

This Charter defines the structure, obligations, and code of conduct for all entities operating under or in partnership with BlueLion Interstellar.

I. STRUCTURE
BlueLion Interstellar is a holding entity and alliance coordinator. It governs no individual member organisation but provides strategic infrastructure, shared services, and inter-organisational frameworks. It is led by a central board composed of representatives from its founding companies:

  • Asterion Mining & Salvage
  • Shapes Ltd.
  • Quantum Drive Repel
  • Agritech Farming

The board sets policy, approves system-wide initiatives, and arbitrates internal disputes when necessary.

II. MEMBERSHIP
BlueLion operates on an opt-in, opt-out alliance model. Any independent organisation may apply for membership under the following terms:

  • Maintain internal command and operational autonomy.
  • Accept and adhere to BlueLion’s policy framework while active within the network.
  • Enter and exit the alliance without penalty, provided all obligations are resolved.

III. POLICY COMPLIANCE
All members—founding or allied—are subject to a mutual code of conduct, which includes:

  • Zero tolerance for piracy or criminal enterprise in any form.
  • Respect for alliance protocols, supply lines, and security coordination.
  • Operational transparency where joint missions or assets are involved.

Violation of core policies may result in temporary suspension, resource denial, or full expulsion from the alliance network.

IV. SECURITY
BlueLion fields a coordinated Alliance Fleet, contributed to and supported by member organisations. The fleet is deployed for:

  • Defence of OB´ANI system space and critical infrastructure.
  • Emergency response for member entities under lawful threat.
  • Strategic presence during joint operations or alliance initiatives.

Use of the fleet is governed by alliance command protocols. Independent military operations by members are unrestricted, provided they do not conflict with the Charter or UEE law.

V. ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK
The Galactic Credit Union (GCU) operates as BlueLion’s internal financial body. It offers:

  • Asset protection
  • Trade facilitation
  • Inter-member funding
  • System-level financial services

Participation in GCU operations is optional but incentivised. Misuse or fraud within the system will be prosecuted internally or referred to UEE regulators, depending on severity.

VI. GOVERNANCE
Policy changes, large-scale deployments, or alliance-wide initiatives require:

  • Majority approval from the board
  • Transparent documentation for all member review
  • Optional, non-binding feedback from alliance partners

Emergency protocols (e.g. full system lockdown, wartime mobilisation) may be triggered by board consensus or verified security breach.

VII. DISSOLUTION
Any member may withdraw from the alliance at any time with formal notice. BlueLion retains the right to revoke membership if conduct, collaboration, or compliance falls below operational thresholds.

This Charter is not a cage. It is a contract.
One that balances freedom with strength, autonomy with accountability, and alliance with discipline.

This is how BlueLion holds the line—inside and out.
