Originally established as a tactical unit of independent contractors, SECO quickly evolved into a fully-fledged corporate security force—delivering protection, enforcement, and strategic asset defense for individuals, corporations, and high-value convoys.

Charter of Private Sector Security Services (SECO)
As a member of SECO, you are more than an operator — you are the embodiment of our core values and reputation. All members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, loyalty, and precision. The following regulations are in place to ensure unity, discipline, and operational success:
1. Loyalty Above All
Members are expected to demonstrate unwavering loyalty to SECO, its leadership, and its mission. Internal disputes will be resolved within the chain of command.
2. Operational Discipline
During active operations, members must follow orders, maintain formation integrity, and adhere strictly to mission protocols.
3. Discretion & Confidentiality
SECO missions and intel are confidential. Members shall not disclose internal strategies, client identities, or classified details outside the organization.
4. Professional Conduct
Respect your fellow operatives, allies, and the civilian population. Toxic behavior, harassment, or conduct unbecoming of a SECO operative will result in disciplinary action or expulsion.
5. Readiness & Training
Members are expected to remain mission-ready. Participation in drills, briefings, and fleet exercises ensures operational excellence.
6. Chain of Command
Orders flow through a clearly defined hierarchy. Respect for rank and position is essential to SECO’s tactical efficiency.
7. Zero Tolerance for Piracy
SECO does not tolerate acts of piracy or unwarranted aggression. Engagements must be lawful or sanctioned within mission parameters.
8. Uniform & Branding Protocol
Members shall display SECO tags, insignia, and approved visual branding when on duty or representing the organization publicly.
Failure to uphold this charter will result in reprimand, suspension, or permanent removal from SECO operations.
