Founded on 2953-12-27, StarCross Industries began as a vision shared by three pioneers: Rebound_716, BattleStar_LuciddFoxx, and Battle_Malice. From their headquarters in New Babbage on Microtech, they sought to push beyond the UEE’s rigid structure and explore the untapped potential of the universe.
SCI was established with a focus on industry and manufacturing, a money-making force built to stand independently from imperial control. From its humble beginnings, the founders recognized that success across the vast stars would require more than just ships and credits… It would demand infrastructure, initiative, and community. Their goal? Quite simple, to forge alliances, discover the unknown, and build something that could thrive beyond the edge of charted space.
As their organization grew, so too did its needs. In response to the ever expanding scale of operations, new divisions were formed. GRIT (Galactic Reconnaissance & Industrial Transit) was formed under the leadership of Optimus3097. GRIT became SCI’s industrial powerhouse handling mining, cargo hauling, salvage, and exploration across the ‘verse. Designed as our first hybrid division, GRIT merged both science and industry to keep the lifeblood of SCI flowing.
Growth came with risk however…
To safeguard the people and operations of SCI, another new division was formed. The ARC (Assault, Rescue, Contain) division was established by former medical directors StrawberryMilk and MarkusTheChief. While their roots were as a medical recovery force, they quickly utilized their knowledge of hot zones and extractions to evolve into a full-spectrum security combat force. From extracting downed allies in hostile zones to engaging in air, space, and ground operations, ARC became the shield and sword of SCI. They deliver safety, strength and support wherever the call may be.
Today, StarCross Industries operates with confidence across both Stanton and Pyro systems, executing coordinated industrial and combat operations at scale. With a membership of over 250+ and growing, SCI is focused on future gameplay whether through base-building, expanding its fleet, and deepening its ties with fellow allied organizations. Through strength and a shared commitment to success, StarCross members will continue to shape its legacy among the stars.

To protect our Industry personnel, we have created our own in-house defense and rescue force e.g., ARC (Assault, Rescue, and Contain). This is our combat-tested unit that provides in-house security, medical response, asset recovery, and tactical support for any operation. Whether it’s escorting high-value assets or extracting teammates from hot zones, ARC ensures our missions are shielded from threat.

Refrain from NSFW content, political or religious debate, and any form of discrimination or harassment.
Prioritize teamwork, professionalism, and good humor in both mission-critical and casual environments.
Maintain a pirate-free, exploitation-free culture. Note: SCI does not engage in piracy or abuse in-game mechanics.
We as an organization are committed to transparency. Our members are always in the know on what is going on with SCI, plus the monthly AMA where they can chat with us and discuss both their futures at SCI and our plans as an org.

Organizational Structure
SCI is structured as a corporate-style entity with multiple active divisions and a centralized leadership model:
Executives: Oversee org-wide direction, policies, alliances, and democratic decision-making on major changes.
Directors & Assistant Directors: Manage training, events, performance, and divisional administration.
Managers & Supervisors: Assist with event preparation, team coordination, and field responsibilities.
Community Managers: Support member onboarding, roster maintenance, event communications, and internal morale.
Our two primary operational divisions are:

Membership Expectations
Age Requirement: 21+ (exceptions allowed for maturity)
Activity Standard: Join an event or casual play session at least once per month. Life comes first however, extended absences simply require notification via LOA.
Event Conduct: Respect the event host’s authority, show up prepared, and adhere to assigned roles.
Participation: SCI encourages collaboration across divisions and alliance orgs. Members are expected to represent the organization with professionalism in all shared spaces.
Leave of Absence & Inactivity Policy
LOA Status: Submit a leave notice if inactive for more than 30 days.
Dormant Status: Automatically applied after 30 days of inactivity without an LOA (limited Discord permissions). A Letter of Explanation (LOX) is required to return to active status.
Furlough Status: Applied after 60 days of inactivity without communication. A Letter of Explanation (LOX) is required to return to active status. This role also has further reduced permissions on the server due to security risks.
Reinstatement: Members can return to full status anytime with proper communication.
Conflict Resolution
If a conflict arises during an operation or in voice chat, avoid escalation in the moment. Report issues to leadership privately with relevant details.
SCI leadership investigates and addresses all concerns with fairness and discretion.
Event leaders may remove disruptive participants from operations if necessary to maintain flow and morale.
Training & Advancement
Training: Regular sessions are hosted for combat, piloting, logistics, and survival scenarios. Attendance is encouraged for skill growth and operational readiness.
Mentorship: New members are paired with senior operators to support onboarding and specialization.
Promotion: Recognition is based on merit, leadership, initiative, and reliability. All new promotions include a probationary period for review and accountability.
