Article I: Name

The name of the corporation shall be “Safe Harbor Group.” The corporation may use this name, or any abbreviated form thereof, to conduct its business.

Article II: Purpose

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful business activity for which corporations may be incorporated under the laws of the United Empire of Earth (UEE).

Article III: Registered Agent and Office

The corporation shall maintain a registered agent and a registered office in the United Empire of Earth (UEE). The registered agent shall be responsible for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the corporation.

Article IV: Board of Directors

The corporation shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of not less than 4 and not more than 10 directors. The initial directors of the corporation shall be AdmiralSnackBars, CaptainNick, and Samtino who shall hold office in perpetuity. Other members shall be selected and inducted by unanimous approval from the existing Board of Directors.

Article V: Officers

The officers of the corporation shall include, but not be limited to, a CEO, a COO, and a CFO. The Board of Directors shall appoint officers and determine their respective duties and responsibilities.

Article VI: Indemnification

The corporation shall indemnify its directors, officers, and employees to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Article VII: Dissolution

In the event of the dissolution or liquidation of the corporation, any remaining assets shall be distributed to the Board of Directors.

Article VIII: Amendments

These articles of incorporation may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors or as otherwise required by the UEE.

Article IX: Duration

The corporation shall have perpetual existence unless dissolved as provided by the Board of Directors or the UEE.

Article X: Incorporator

The incorporator of the corporation is AdmiralSnackBars.
