Preamble

We, the members of Rusty Ibiza Org, establish this charter to outline our mission, structure, and guiding principles. In the vast expanse of the galaxy, we commit to unity, mutual respect, and the pursuit of adventure. Rusty Ibiza Org shall serve as a haven for miners, role-players, and spacefarers seeking camaraderie, purpose, and prosperity.

Article I: Mission and Purpose

Section 1. Mission

Rusty Ibiza Org is dedicated to mining, role-playing, and fostering an inclusive, creative community. We aim to excel in resource extraction, support immersive storytelling, and maintain a thriving environment for all members.

Article II: Membership

Section 1. Eligibility

Membership is open to all players who share our values and commit to contributing positively to the community.

Section 2. Member Rights

The right to participate in Org activities, events, and decisions. The right to propose ideas and initiatives for the Org. The right to engage in both gameplay and role-playing without harassment or discrimination.

Section 3. Member Responsibilities

Respect fellow members and uphold the Org’s values. Contribute to mining, logistics, or role-playing efforts as agreed upon. Communicate and cooperate during Org activities.

Section 4. Ranks and Roles

Rusty Ibiza maintains a merit-based rank system to recognize contributions and delegate responsibilities:

Initiate: New members learning the ropes. Miner: Core members focused on resource extraction. Logistics Specialist: Members handling cargo and transportation. Lorekeeper: Role-players shaping Org narratives and events. Foreman/Forewoman: Experienced leaders of mining expeditions. Council Member: Senior members shaping the Org’s policies. Rusty Overseer: The Org leader(s) overseeing all operations and growth.

Article III: Operations

Section 1. Mining and Resource Management

Members shall participate in mining missions, with ore and profits distributed equitably based on contribution. The Org will prioritize mining Quantanium and other high-value resources while remaining adaptable to changing galactic markets.

Section 2. Role-Playing and Events

Members are encouraged to create and develop characters with rich backstories. The Org will host regular role-playing events, such as mining festivals, spaceport taverns, and diplomatic exchanges. All role-playing interactions must respect the boundaries and comfort of participants.

Section 3. Security and Alliances

Rusty Ibiza will maintain alliances with security Orgs to ensure the safety of members and assets. In the event of conflict, members must cooperate with designated security leaders to protect Org interests.

Article IV: Governance and Decision-Making

Section 1. Leadership Structure

Rusty Ibiza Org is led by the Rusty Overseer(s) and advised by the Council. Key decisions are made collectively to ensure transparency and member input.

Section 2. Member Voting

Significant decisions, such as major alliances or structural changes, will be voted on by members. A simple majority is required to pass standard motions; amendments to this charter require a two-thirds majority.

Section 3. Conflict Resolution

Disputes between members should be resolved through mediation by Council members. Persistent issues may escalate to the Rusty Overseer(s) for a final decision.

Article V: Code of Conduct

Section 1. Respect and Inclusivity

All members shall treat each other with respect, regardless of background or experience. Discrimination, harassment, or toxicity will not be tolerated.

Section 2. Commitment to Fair Play

Members are expected to uphold fair play and avoid exploiting bugs or cheating. Cooperation and good sportsmanship are paramount during both internal and external interactions.

Section 3. Representing the Org

Members shall represent Rusty Ibiza positively within the Star Citizen community. Hostile or antagonistic behavior toward other Orgs or players is grounds for disciplinary action.

Article VI: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of active members and approval by the Rusty Overseer(s).
