As a former military veteran, I saw the need for a specialized force that could provide security and military services to organizations, corporations, and individuals operating in this ever-expanding universe. With a team of experienced mercenaries and skilled operatives, Quantum-Drive was born.

Charter
This Charter defines the structure, obligations, and code of conduct for all entities operating under or in partnership with BlueLion Interstellar.
I. STRUCTURE
BlueLion Interstellar is a holding entity and alliance coordinator. It governs no individual member organisation but provides strategic infrastructure, shared services, and inter-organisational frameworks. It is led by a central board composed of representatives from its founding companies:
Asterion Mining & Salvage,
Shapes Ltd.,
Quantum Drive Repel,
Agritech Farming,
The board sets policy, approves system-wide initiatives, and arbitrates internal disputes when necessary.
II. MEMBERSHIP
BlueLion operates on an opt-in, opt-out alliance model. Any independent organisation may apply for membership under the following terms:
Maintain internal command and operational autonomy.,
Accept and adhere to BlueLion’s policy framework while active within the network.,
Enter and exit the alliance without penalty, provided all obligations are resolved.,
III. POLICY COMPLIANCE
All members—founding or allied—are subject to a mutual code of conduct, which includes:
Zero tolerance for piracy or criminal enterprise in any form.,
Respect for alliance protocols, supply lines, and security coordination.,
Operational transparency where joint missions or assets are involved.,
Violation of core policies may result in temporary suspension, resource denial, or full expulsion from the alliance network.
IV. SECURITY
BlueLion fields a coordinated Alliance Fleet, contributed to and supported by member organisations. The fleet is deployed for:
Defence of OB´ANI system space and critical infrastructure.,
Emergency response for member entities under lawful threat.,
Strategic presence during joint operations or alliance initiatives.,
Use of the fleet is governed by alliance command protocols. Independent military operations by members are unrestricted, provided they do not conflict with the Charter or UEE law.
V. ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK
The Galactic Credit Union (GCU) operates as BlueLion’s internal financial body. It offers:
Asset protection,
Trade facilitation,
Inter-member funding,
System-level financial services,
Participation in GCU operations is optional but incentivised. Misuse or fraud within the system will be prosecuted internally or referred to UEE regulators, depending on severity.
VI. GOVERNANCE
Policy changes, large-scale deployments, or alliance-wide initiatives require:
Majority approval from the board,
Transparent documentation for all member review,
Optional, non-binding feedback from alliance partners,
Emergency protocols (e.g. full system lockdown, wartime mobilisation) may be triggered by board consensus or verified security breach.
VII. DISSOLUTION
Any member may withdraw from the alliance at any time with formal notice. BlueLion retains the right to revoke membership if conduct, collaboration, or compliance falls below operational thresholds.
This Charter is not a cage. It is a contract.
One that balances freedom with strength, autonomy with accountability, and alliance with discipline.
