History Manifesto Charter

History

[IC]: Founded off of the legacy of Renning International, a planetary corporation with dealings in arms and manufacturing for the UEE’s sprawling expansionist goals. Renning International emerged from it’s own ashes following the death of it’s founder; Richard “Richy” Renning with the appointment of his son Carter Renning to the position of Chairman. Under Carter, Renning was rebranded Renning Security Solutions with a targeted focus on private security, arms leasing, and corporate autonomy from Imperial regulations. Having achieved sizeable success in this endeavor, Mr. Renning pushed further, and rebranded again as Renning Interplanetary. Now bolstering a small yet formidable private fleet, security sector and logistical infrastructure, the Renning corporate family seeks new heights in the era of exploration and enterprise.

[OOC]: Originally founded with the concept of being a shell entity for a single-ship freelance mercenary group, what was first Renning Security Solutions then evolved to become Renning Interplanetary; a fully fledged multi-system corporation with interests in private security, arms dealing, and corporate oversight.

Manifesto

The goal of Renning Interplanetary is to provide quality, in-demand services to both private and corporate sectors in and out of UEE space. Emphasizing excellence, expedience and exceptional service with a flair for the innovative that will assure satisfaction.

Charter

The Public Charter in-detail is available to all RI employees upon onboarding. For a brief overview however, please see below.

1. All Renning Interplanetary employees will adhere to a strictly professional environment while fulfilling corporate functions. Any and all prejudice based on race, religion, creed, or identity will not be tolerate amongst employees or while employed.

2. While fulfilling tasks with Renning Interplanetary, all employees will adhere to appropriate attire and grooming standards as outlined by workplace attire and decency protocols.

3. All Renning Interplanetary employees will adhere to the corporate hierarchy as is necessary for the fulfillment of one’s role. Renning Interplanetary employees must seek appropriate corporate authority for initiating contracts, transactions or dealings with external entities.

4. All Renning Interplanetary employees will abide by UEE laws while on-duty.
