In the wake of humanity’s rapid colonization efforts, fueled by the breakthroughs of RSI and similar pioneers, there arose a massive demand for raw materials, fuel, and advanced manufacturing components to sustain growth across new systems.

1. Conduct and Respect

All members of Puuca Starline Industries are expected to act with professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect — both within the organization and in the greater Star Citizen community.
Harassment, discrimination, or malicious behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

We build, we trade, we grow — together.

2. Focus and Operations

Our primary focus is PvE operations, including but not limited to:

Resource gathering (mining, salvaging, refining)
Hauling and logistics
Manufacturing and production
Trade and economic growth
Industrial support missions
Security and escort (PSI Internal)

Members are encouraged to pursue excellence in these fields while working collaboratively to achieve personal and organizational goals.

3. Cooperation and Teamplay

Puuca Starline Industries values teamwork and coordination.
Members are expected to:

Support fellow members during operations
Share information and resources when possible (voluntary)
Communicate clearly and respectfully in all missions

While independent operations are allowed and encouraged, collaboration strengthens us all.

4. Non-Aggression Principle

PSI is a peace-oriented organization. You are not allowed to have a crimestat while participatin in PSI operations.
Engaging in piracy, griefing, or unprovoked attacks on neutral parties while representing PSI is strictly prohibited.
Self-defense is, of course, permitted — but violence should always be a last resort.

5. Organizational Structure

Puuca Starline Industries is structured into specialized divisions (e.g., Resource Division, Logistics Division, Production Division) to maximize efficiency and opportunity.
Members may choose to specialize or operate flexibly across divisions according to their skills and interests.

Leadership roles are based on merit, trust, and contribution to the organization’s growth.

6. Membership Policy

Puuca Starline Industries welcomes all players aligned with our values, regardless of experience.
Activity is appreciated but real-life commitments come first; communication is key.
Multi-org membership is allowed. PSI doesn’t have to be your main organization.

7. Representation & Conduct in External Activities

Members of Puuca Starline Industries represent the organization both in official operations and in broader public settings (in-game, Spectrum, and other platforms).
You are expected to maintain a respectful, professional image at all times when PSI is displayed as your active organization.

While PSI allows multi-organization membership and respects personal gameplay choices, any unlawful or aggressive actions must not be performed while flying the PSI banner. This includes displaying PSI as your main org during piracy, griefing, or any criminal activity.

You are free to explore the ‘Verse — but when you represent PSI, you represent our values of cooperation, civility, and non-aggression.

8. Information Security & Loyalty

Trust is the foundation of Puuca Starline Industries.
Members are strictly prohibited from sharing internal operational details, plans, or logistics with outside parties unless they are authorized as part of an official joint operation or event.
Leaking intel that could compromise our organization’s safety, economy, or coordination — whether intentional or through negligence — is considered a serious breach of conduct.
Additionally, participating in or supporting any hostile actions against Puuca Starline Industries, directly or indirectly, is strictly forbidden.
