From small jobs in hauling and bounty hunting, the group grew into a fleet backed by capital ships, capable of taking on contracts of any scale. Adaptability is our strength—cargo runs, escorts, exploration, or high-risk hunts, we do it all for profit and for fun. More than credits, camaraderie binds our members together. Free of rigid doctrine, we welcome those who value independence and teamwork. Prosperous Industries flies forward—reliable, versatile, and always ready to leave its mark among the stars. Our main goal is for everyone to prosper.

Charter

Article I – Purpose

To build a community of pilots, traders, bounty hunters, and explorers committed to shared success.

To provide members with opportunities for profit, camaraderie, and adventure across the stars.

To uphold a reputation of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability within the wider universe.

Article II – Code of Conduct

Respect – All members will treat one another, allies, and outsiders with dignity and professionalism.

Integrity – Dishonesty, betrayal, or exploitation of fellow members will not be tolerated.

Accountability – Each member is responsible for their actions; misconduct that damages the organization will face review.

Discretion – Internal matters of the organization remain private unless leadership authorizes disclosure.

Honor in Combat – While competition and conflict are inevitable, piracy against fellow members or allied groups is forbidden.

Article III – Membership

Membership is voluntary and requires adherence to this Charter.

New members are welcomed after demonstrating good faith, cooperation, and commitment.

All members share equal voice in discussions; leadership exists to guide, not to dictate.

Article IV – Leadership & Structure

Leadership shall be elected or appointed to guide operations, settle disputes, and ensure fairness.

Officers may delegate roles for logistics, operations, diplomacy, and security.

Leaders serve the membership; authority is exercised with transparency and accountability.

Article V – Operations

Prosperous Industries will engage in lawful and profitable ventures: trade, bounty hunting, exploration, logistics, and defense contracts.
