Its roots stretch back to the chaos of the Messer Era, when disillusioned agents, smugglers, operatives, and exiled merchants banded together to survive. Born from desperation and ambition, the Syndicate operated in the shadows, thriving in the gaps between empires and forging its reputation as a force to be reckoned with. By the 2950s, the Syndicate had faded into obscurity—a remnant of a bygone era, scattered and leaderless. That changed when a new leader rose to reunite its fragmented members. With the aid of a trusted inner circle, the Syndicate was rebuilt, drawing on its storied past while adapting to the challenges of a modern galaxy.

Operational Guidelines
- Contract Neutrality: The Syndicate will accept contracts from any client, lawful or otherwise, provided the price is right.
- Chain of Command: Operatives report to their designated leaders, with High Council and Sovereign handling disputes and major decisions.
- Conflict Resolution: Internal disputes are resolved privately, with decisions by High Council considered final.
- Recruitment: New members are evaluated by Access Handlers to ensure alignment with Syndicate values.
