Pegasus Initiative – Corporate History
The Pegasus Initiative was born from the ashes of one of the Empire’s most influential, yet ultimately doomed, conglomerates: the Gemini Group. For nearly a century, the Gemini Group stood as a titan in interstellar logistics, defense manufacturing, and trade infrastructure. But no empire, corporate or otherwise, lasts forever.
The Collapse of Gemini
In 2920, the sudden implosion of the Free Earth Market triggered a galactic recession, sending shockwaves across UEE-aligned systems. The once-stable Gemini Group fractured under pressure. What followed was a cascade of internal conflicts, hostile takeovers, and rapid-fire restructuring:
Gemini Weapons & Materials Manufacturing collapsed entirely under mounting debt and supply chain failures.
Gemini Security was spun off and consolidated under a single stakeholder: the enigmatic Lin’Ma, whose alignment with shadow interests remains debated.
Gemini Exchange, the group’s central trading hub, experienced a quiet coup—Deteris Maldori, one of the group’s founders and long-time executive, was ousted in a calculated power play led by Lin’Ma and financier Mika Valentina.
Gemini Salvage, previously operating under the Verge banner, was handed off to salvage magnate Brennus Aodh, effectively ending its affiliation.
And finally, the Gemini Group corporate charter was dissolved, its assets scattered among creditors and opportunists.
The Last Stand of Gemini Transport
One division remained in Deteris Maldori’s control: Gemini Transport. But with plummeting revenues and corporate reputation in ruins, the future looked bleak. Refusing to let the legacy die, Maldori took drastic action.
He fired most of the remaining senior leadership, liquidated non-critical assets, and restructured the company’s massive debt obligations. But he kept what mattered—its people, its ships, and its institutional knowledge.
Rise of the Pegasus Initiative
From that hard reset, a new enterprise was forged: The Pegasus Initiative. No longer tied to the weight of Gemini’s bloated bureaucracy, Pegasus launched as a leaner, smarter, and hungrier organization. With modernized fleets, fresh staff, and the same core principles of reliability and excellence, Pegasus quickly began regaining trust in the logistics and exploration markets.
Today, The Pegasus Initiative is a trusted partner for clients across UEE space—providing cutting-edge logistical support, exploratory services, and combat-ready operational assistance to those forging their own destinies among the stars.

Whether it’s a supply run through pirate space or a deep-space survey mission, Pegasus Initiative is built for those who aim higher.

Logistics
