Article I. Name
The organization shall be known as P.A.X.I.S., an acronym for Prospective Alliance for Extraction & Innovation.

Article II. Purpose
P.A.X.I.S. is established to:

Conduct precise and efficient resource extraction operations across known and uncharted systems.

Develop, engineer, and deploy cutting-edge refinery and extraction technologies.
