History of the Order of Zion

Order of Zion is an ancient order established in the 85th year of the 11th century of Earth’s Common Era. It began as a small guild of peaceful tradesmen from a variety of professions to concentrate resources and establish security in a land of savage bandits and corrupt kingdoms. The concept began as a vision of Draconian Darker, a forester and miner, who longed for a culture that promoted the well being of the individual within the social system that influenced its daily life instead of exploiting it and grinding it into deplorable states both physically and financially until death.

As the order developed and gained members it began to infiltrate the economy utilizing calculated methods of purchasing, producing and trading goods that led to acquisition of mass wealth. With the wealth that it siphoned it redistributed it to its members along with investing in its own system of production, intensifying the leverage it had on the economics of its era. Its members thrived without exploitation and oppression.

With wealth amassing, the Order of Zion became a target for the bandits and kingdoms both domestic and foreign. Waves of armies began to show up at its perimeter waging war. After successfully defending its lands, it pushed back the opposition, subsequently trailing them back to their regions to erase the threat of future incursions. Order of Zion quickly became a name synonymous with glory, power, victory and when its name was heard citizens revered its greatness.

A period of peace began known as Aaliyah for Zion. However, outside of its vast lands, high walls and meticulously designed infrastructure it realized the disparity of circumstances for the common citizen beyond its borders. At that moment the Order of Zion turned its well trained militia into a formidable mercenary group called Order of Zion Guard [OZG]. Mercenary contracts were vetted thoroughly to determine the just party of the conflict, if it was decided that the contract pursuer was unjust, then it was denied. This process was unprecedented, as wealth was never its motive. The Order of Zion held to its principles of SOVEREIGNTY, LIBERTY & FREE ENTERPRISE while promoting individual potential and freedom by recruiting with standards that eliminated most of those who sought to join the cause.

Throughout the ages the Order of Zion continued the pursuit of its original goals and strict inductee admission process allowing it to stand the test of time toppling corrupt social systems along the way, only to return it back to its citizens.
