History
Abbreviated History of OmniLux Aureus Consortium (OAC)
Founded in 2804 by industrialist Dion Lysander, OmniLux Interstellar began as an elite executive transport firm catering to UEE aristocrats and corporate leaders. By 2850, a merger with Aureus Holdings expanded its reach into high-value trade, discreet logistics, and private security, forming what is now OmniLux Aureus Consortium (OAC).
Surviving the Messer Era’s collapse, OAC diversified into private military contracting, asset protection, and covert logistics, securing its foothold in UEE-controlled and independent sectors. By the early 2900s, the Consortium established a strong presence in Stanton, forging strategic alliances with corporations, security firms, and trade syndicates to control key trade routes and VIP transport operations.
