The Night Stalkers Asset Recovery and Reclamation was officially founded in the months after the Human-Vanduul war of 2945. In the years that followed retired UEEN personnel and civilian pilots have joined our ranks.

Manifesto

The Night Stalkers’ intentions are to assist the people in need within the UEE control sphere and beyond. We are not conquers, Instead we are the humanitarian aid that is deployed ahead of the Navy to set up aid stations for those affected.

Phoenix Corps Is the dedicated search and rescue, medical group within the Night Stalkers A.R.R. Deployed on warships or on the front lines in a makeshift triage center providing medical assistance to injured people after a Pirate/Vanduul raid, or disaster. Charter

The Night Stalkers Asset Recovery and Reclamation have a Code of Ethics that is aimed at the preservation and protection of life, rather than the destruction and ruining of life.

Our Rules of Engagements are as follows:

  • The use of deadly force is authorised if/when the situation calls for it.
  • If you have to open fire. Fire only aimed shots. Conserve ammo. Make every shot count.
  • The Detention of Citizens is authorised if/when the need arises for reasons not limited to Self Defence.
