Early History

Even though Northport Industries was founded in 2954 it is the successor company to the earlier “Northport Incorporated”.
Northport Incorporated was founded all the way back near the start of the millennia.

The early days were full of trials and tribulation.
Northport started as a transporting company. They would transport items across Earth.
Seeing the success of the company the then CEO (Dylan Huckle) would expand the company to have headquarters on every continent.

Even in the early days Northport would support local governments.
This support would come via the transport of military equipment for local/regional governments.

Northport would continue with governmental contracts until the unification of the Earths governments in 2546.

First Human-Tevarin War

Northport Incorporated would be a part of the first contact with the Tevarin.
They had managed to secure a contract to supply logistical support to the research team headed by Dr.Kellar Lench.
After Captain Frank Barret of the (Northport Ship) NPS Santos witnessed the hostile reaction of the Tevarin he would report the experience back to Northport Incorporated Space Management.

Because of these findings Northport Incorporated would ensure that they would stand with the UEE.

2950 – 2954

In 2954 Northport Incorporated had rebranded itself to the “Northport Industries” you see before you today.
This rebranding came as the result of the end of the “Northport – Freebird Civil Conflict”

For the past 4 years Northport had been fighting an internal conflict.

The Freebirds were a rebel offshoot of the wider Northport family.

In 2950 the Freebirds took up arms against the corporations of Stanton, they were tired of these companies taking advantage of the people of Stanton. Their rebellion took place over 4 years trying to fight and disrupt trading lanes, this was all in an effort to get the attention of the UEE.
They had hoped that the UEE would come to the aid of the people.

After the skirmish of Clio in mid 2954 where the Freebird leader “Shane Walsh” would be killed. The members of both factions agreed to meet to discuss peace.

Both parties came to the decision that Humanity should not be fighting each other.
“The agreement of Clio” was signed in late 2954 which would bring Freebird back into Northport.
Thus ending the civil conflict.

2955

- February 14th 2955 at approximately 02:00 local time.

The Northport Peace Officers Core were engaged in a standoff on the planet of Monox in the Pyro system. They had come across a smugglers ship by the name of S.N.S Discovery. The 2 peace officers who were involved quickly impound the vehicle as the smugglers were inside a cave conducting their business.

As the smugglers left the cave they began to fire upon the officers. Striking 1st Segreant Julian Cayo, Unfortunately he would become the first casualty of this conflict. This would leave PFC Trystan Tyson alone.

PFC Tyson followed protocol and requested reinforcements from nearby peace officers. 1 Officer and 1 volunteer were able to respond in a timely manner.

Following the response the team were able to recover PFC Tyson who was found with critical injuries. The team were also able to eliminate the smugglers and dispose of their ship.

Northport Peace Officer Core had noted the valiant effort of the volunteer “S1X_SIGNAL_11” in this conflict.

- March 27th 2955.

Northport received news of the Regeneration Crisis that is occurring within the Stanton system.
Hearing this news the executive decision had been made to move operations back to Stanton for the time being.
Northport’s full attention would be on assisting Rayari Incorporated in fixing this matter.

Northport security forces had also been ordered to intercept any ship suspected of diverting supplies to assist the Banu known as Wikelo.
