Sometimes order is forged out of chaos. Fate conspires to bring together elements that combine and become greater than the sum of their parts.

The chaos, in this instance, was a bar-room brawl on Kallis IV, an out-of-the-way planet with sparse resources and the barest of colonies on which miners eked out a living.

None of us remember quite how it started, and most of us were strangers before it happened. But when the well-spoken man from Rhetor took a bottle to his head, the rest of us answered the call. When the dust settled, only the six of us were left standing, and a round of victory moonshine was in order.

That’s how Static Dynamics Freight and Security came about. We all wanted to explore the stars, and we figured the best way to do it was through trade and security, both lucrative lines of work in a chaotic universe.

The Leere Jaeger are the bounty hunting subsidiary of Static Dynamics, originally formed as an offshoot of Static Dynamics security branch in response to the increasing customer demand regarding personal bounties. Named in old German, Leere Jaeger literally translates to ‘Void Hunter’, a name that has become synonymous with unrelenting tracking, pursuit and capture of bounty heads.
