History of Pathfinders

Founding and Early Days:

Pathfinders was founded in 2947 by a group of former UEE Navy officers and seasoned civilian explorers who shared a common vision: to venture into the uncharted reaches of the galaxy, gather valuable resources, and uphold a code of respect and camaraderie. The founders, having served in various exploration and combat roles, brought their collective experience to form an organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of known space while maintaining a strong, supportive community.

Exploration Era:

In the early years, Pathfinders focused primarily on exploration. Equipped with MISC Freelancer DURs and RSI Constellation Aquilas, the organization embarked on numerous expeditions into the fringes of UEE-controlled space and beyond. During this era, Pathfinders made several significant discoveries, including new jump points and uncharted star systems. Their findings were often shared with the UEE, earning the organization a reputation for reliability and excellence in exploration.

Resource Gathering Expansion:

As Pathfinders grew, so did their ambitions. By 2950, the organization had expanded its operations to include resource gathering. With the acquisition of advanced mining vessels like the Argo MOLE and the RSI Orion, Pathfinders began exploiting rich asteroid fields and planetary resources. This expansion allowed the organization to become self-sustaining and fund even more daring explorations.

Combat Readiness:

The Pathfinders’ dedication to exploration and resource gathering did not go unnoticed. Encounters with Vanduul raiders and pirate factions necessitated a shift in focus towards combat readiness. The organization began investing in combat vessels such as the Anvil Carrack, Aegis Vanguard, and the MISC Razor EX. Training programs were developed to ensure that all members could defend themselves and the organization’s interests. Pathfinders proved their mettle in several notable skirmishes, earning respect and recognition within the Star Citizen universe.

Pathfinders Rules and Code of Conduct

Introduction: Pathfinders is committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and enjoyable environment for all members. To ensure this, we have established a set of rules and a code of conduct that all members must adhere to. These rules are designed to maintain our core values of respect, camaraderie, and excellence. Rules and Code of Conduct:

1. Respect and Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: – We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability. – Any form of harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from the organization.

2. Age Requirement: – Membership is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. – We believe in maintaining a mature and responsible community, and this age requirement helps ensure that our members can engage fully and appropriately in all activities and discussions.

3. Respectful Communication: – All members are expected to communicate respectfully with one another, both in written and verbal interactions. – Disagreements should be handled with maturity and respect, focusing on constructive dialogue and problem-solving.

10.Support for Lone Wolf Players:

Pathfinders recognizes that some members prefer to play solo most of the time. Lone wolf players are welcome within our organization and can reach out for backup or assistance whenever needed. While independence is respected, we encourage lone wolf players to engage with the community and participate in group activities when they desire.

Enforcement:
Violations of these rules and the code of conduct will be taken seriously and addressed by the leadership team. Disciplinary actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from Pathfinders, depending on the severity of the offense.
