The Last Light is a multi-role, community-driven organization welcoming both seasoned veterans and brand-new citizens.
The origins of The Last Light trace back to 21 November 2955, a turning point in a turbulent era of frontier expansion and growing unrest throughout the outer systems. Amid rising pirate activity, fractured communities, and the ever-present uncertainty that hung over remote outposts, many independent pilots found themselves isolated — strong individually, but alone in the void.
It was in this climate that four visionaries made a choice that would shape the course of countless citizens.
The Founders
Commodore_Thrawn — A strategic mind and seasoned tactician, known for his ability to bring order to chaos.
ShadowStormLol — A stealth and reconnaissance specialist who understood better than most the dangers of flying solo.
JDSausageKing — A logistician and humanitarian-minded pilot who had witnessed firsthand the cost of disunity in the frontier.
Tristan_Orworth — A diplomat and explorer dedicated to bridging divides between scattered groups across the ‘verse.
Together, these four realized that the people of the fringe didn’t just need firepower — they needed community, protection, and purpose.
A source of our in-house protection from internal battles is provided by The Warden of Light
Enderflower — A calm headed, stoic, and reasonable individual who always calms the biggest of flames. A true guardian for the people.

THE LAST LIGHT — RULE CHARTER

I. Purpose of the Charter
This Charter defines the rules, standards, and expectations that govern all members of The Last Light. It exists to preserve our unity, reinforce professionalism, and ensure the safety and success of the organization and its assets. Every member, regardless of rank or role, is accountable to these principles.
SECTION 1 — CODE OF CONDUCT
1.0 REAL LIFE COMES FIRST! Be as open and honest with leadership (Beacon or High-ranking Officer) as possible
1.1 Respect & Professionalism
All members will treat one another and others in the ‘verse with respect, honesty, and maturity.
Harassment, discrimination, toxicity, or targeted disrespect will not be tolerated.
1.2 Integrity in Action
Members will act honorably during missions, contracts, alliances, and general gameplay.
Cheating, exploiting, or deceiving fellow members is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Upholding Organizational Values
Members are expected to represent The Last Light with pride.
SECTION 2 — ORGANIZATION OPERATIONS
2.1 Chain of Command
Members will follow the designated command structure during missions or official events.
Orders given by mission leaders must be followed unless they violate core values or safety.
2.2 Mission Discipline, the mission comes first.

Details of internal operations, planning, or confidential information must not be shared outside the organization without permission.
SECTION 3 — MEMBERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
3.1 Activity & Participation
Members are encouraged to participate in events, training, and missions when possible.
Inactive members may be contacted for status checks or placed into reserve status.
3.2 Representation
When using The Last Light’s tags, colors, names, or symbols, members must uphold organizational standards of conduct.
3.3 Dual Membership
Members must disclose involvement in other organizations if roles may conflict with PMC operations, OpSec, or leadership responsibilities. (This does not prevent you from having fun, we welcome all members to experience the verse with us.)
SECTION 4 — ASSET PROTECTION & EQUIPMENT USE
4.1 Respect for Organizational Assets
Ships, equipment, facilities, or resources owned by The Last Light must be used only with authorization. Misuse will result in disciplinary action.
4.2 Combat Conduct
When engaging in hostile actions:

Scuttling, wasting, or intentionally losing organizational resources is frowned upon.
SECTION 5 — DISCIPLINARY ACTION
5.1 Three-Strike System
The Last Light utilizes a structured disciplinary approach:
Strike One: Verbal or written warning; corrective guidance.
Strike Two: Temporary removal from operations, roles, or privileges.
Strike Three: Removal from the organization or leadership review.
Severe violations in Discord or TLL SOPs may bypass the strike system.
5.2 Appeals
Members may request a formal review of disciplinary decisions. (You have up to 14 days to appeal.)
Leadership (Warden of Light) will deliberate and issue a final ruling.
SECTION 6 — ALLIANCES & EXTERNAL RELATIONS
6.1 Conduct with Allies
Members must maintain professionalism and cooperation during multi-org operations.
6.2 Unauthorized Diplomacy
No member may speak or negotiate on behalf of The Last Light without explicit authorization from leadership.
SECTION 7 — AMENDMENTS & GOVERNANCE
7.1 Leadership Authority
The founders or active command staff may update, amend, or expand this Charter as necessary to adapt to the needs of the organization.
7.2 Member Acknowledgment
Joining The Last Light signifies acceptance of this Charter and an agreement to uphold its values and rules.
