Charter

This Charter establishes the foundational principles, structure, and operational guidelines for KRAKEN ORE (hereinafter, “the Corporation”), a duly recognized entity within the Galactic Republic. Dedicated to the systematic discovery, efficient extraction, and strategic utilization of valuable resources across the known and uncharted reaches of the universe, the Corporation commits to fostering prosperity, ensuring autonomy, and driving innovation for the benefit of its members and the expansion of its enterprise.

ARTICLE I: NAME AND ESTABLISHMENT

Section 1.1 – Name: The official name of this organization shall be KRAKEN ORE.

Section 1.2 – Inception: This Charter officially establishes KRAKEN ORE as a sovereign corporate entity, effective 2954 Standard Galactic Time.

ARTICLE II: PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Section 2.1 – Primary Objective: The primary objective of the Corporation is the identification, acquisition, and processing of rare and valuable resources throughout the Star Citizen universe.

Section 2.2 – Strategic Objectives:

To explore and chart new territories rich in exploitable resources.
To develop and deploy advanced mining, salvage, and refining technologies.
To engage in fair and profitable trade of acquired resources.
To reinvest profits into corporate expansion, fleet upgrades, and member benefits.

ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP

Section 3.1 – Eligibility: Membership in KRAKEN ORE is open to all individuals who demonstrate a commitment to the Corporation’s principles of discovery, acquisition, prosperity, and autonomy, and who adhere to this Charter.

Section 3.2 – Tiers of Membership:

Initiate: New members undergoing an probationary period, learning corporate protocols and contributing to basic operations.
Harvester: The backbone of the Corporation, actively engaged in resource gathering, processing, and transportation.
Pathfinder: Specialists in exploration, prospecting, and identifying new resource nodes.
Overseer: Experienced members entrusted with leadership roles, coordinating operations and managing teams.
Kraken’s Hand: The highest tier of operational command, responsible for strategic planning and execution.

Section 3.3 – Rights of Members: All members shall have the right to fair treatment, access to corporate resources relevant to their duties, and a share in the Corporation’s prosperity as defined by corporate policy.

Section 3.4 – Duties of Members: All members are obligated to uphold the Corporation’s values, contribute actively to its objectives, maintain operational security, and adhere to all established protocols and directives.

Section 3.5 – Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated by voluntary resignation or by corporate decision for gross misconduct, persistent dereliction of duty, or actions detrimental to the Corporation’s welfare.
