History

JTF is a branch of the UEE Advocacy that is tasked with handling of high risk emergency response and combat interception services for lower security UEE jurisdiction systems in addition to aiding the local law enforcement and security outfits within those systems with keeping outlaw elements and factions from both within and any neighboring lawless systems at bay. Unlike other divisions of the UEE Advocacy, the JTF is not stationed to any singular UEE jurisdiction star system, and instead operates between various UEE jurisdiction systems, one system at a time, while moving between such sytems and functioning more or less as an auxilary support force to aid and bolster local law enforcement agencies and security organizations whenever it is called upon or needed to provide backup across the UEE. However, being a division of the UEE Advocacy, JTF agents are still bound to all of the same rules and procedures as other Advocacy agents within the UEE, and are expected to conduct themselves within the bounds of UEE law accordingly. To join the UEE Advocacy JTF, you must not only be proficient at combat, but also must be either specialized in, or at least able and willing to learn at least one of the following fields of expertise:

  • Electronic warfare (EMP kiting and QED jamming / snaring)
  • Information gathering and reconnaissance
  • Rapid response and emergent interception
  • Suspect apprehension (“bounty hunting”)
  • Stealth engagement and infiltration
  • Tracking evasive targets
  • Unconventional tactics

By default, the UEE Advocacy JTF is typically an invite-only organization, and tends to be very selective in general when it comes recruiting new agents. If you have a valid interest in joining our ranks, it is strongly advised that you establish communications with our team, long in advance prior to submitting any application. Typically, when / if the JTF has a vested interest in recruiting a new agent, we will typically reach out to the potential candidate in question about such prospects, and go from there.

(JTF is an invite-only organization, do not apply unless you have been directly invited to do so by either the JTF Section Chief, a JTF Supervisory Agent, or an authorized JTF recruiter. We reject unprompted applications.)

Manifesto

The UEE Advocacy JTF, as an organization has been around in the Star Citizen community in various forms since 2016 and our goals have always been both very niche and specific, compared to that of most other organizations, but above all else, consistent to this very day. We have one very clear goal:

Create and operate a player-driven branch to portray and represent the presence of the UEE Advocacy within the persistent universe to the greatest degree of authenticity, believability, and consistency possibly achievable within the limitations of the game, in order to deliver a truly unique law enforcement encounter experience for the Star Citizen playerbase in a way that AI and NPC’s alone never quite could – including both our own team members and those who might encounter our team in-game, whether it be friend of foe. It is a vision that continues to drive our organization forward to this very day, and it is a goal that we will never let go of, no matter how our methods may come to differ and evolve over time.

If you have a serious inquiry about joining, or working with our organization, please message JTF administrator Damien_Phoenix either on spectrum (RSI Handle: JTF-Phoenix), or on Discord (Nametag: damien_phoenix) with the nature of your inquiry. If you wish to request our emergency response services in-game, you should contact a publicly disclosed and verified JTF agent via in-game comms to do so, unless you wish to establish a pre-arranged line of communications for such services via the JTF’s public Discord server.

Charter

Commitment, Profesionalism, when it matters, and Resillience – these are the core tenants of what the JTF expects of it’s membership. If we believe that you might have an interest in joining, and what it takes to be a part of our team, a JTF administrator will reach out to you about such prospects. Anyone is welcome to apply, but be warned – JTF seldomly ever accepts unprompted applications outside of significant circumstances.

We quite enjoy shenanigans, and PvP engagements in general, both in the Arena, and the PU; but we value most, individuals who know how to tell and distinguish when and where it is appropriate, and when to take things seriously and conduct themselves professionally. Needless to say, real life should always come first, but when it comes to matters pertaining to the Star Citizen game itself, we are not an organization for the faint of heart.
