History

The Iron Vultures didn’t start with a mission. No noble banner. No dramatic fall. Just a trail of busted haulers, bad contracts, and crews left drifting when the credits ran dry. Some of us came up in outlaw outfits. Others got burned trying to play it straight. What we all had in common? We were tired of being disposable.

So we stuck together. Built something from the scraps. No bosses. No syndicates. Just our own code—and the will to survive.

We’re not out to pick fights with the UEE. But we’re not martyrs for their laws, either. When the jobs vanish, or the pay doesn’t cut it, we’ll do what it takes. Smuggling, quiet pulls, grey-market recoveries—survival comes first.

We don’t claim to be clean. We claim to get it done.

No anthem. No allegiance. Just grit, tools, and the kind of crew that doesn’t blink when things get dirty.

We’re not heroes. Not villains. We’re the ones left after the comms go dark—salvaging what’s left and making sure we come back with more than we left with.

Manifesto

Intentions
To survive—and thrive—where others break. The Iron Vultures operate on the edge of UEE control, pulling profit from chaos: derelicts, warzones, abandoned facilities, and ghost routes. We reclaim what’s left behind and protect what we’ve earned. We’re not building an empire. We’re carving out a space that no corp, syndicate, or authority can take from us.

Motives
We’re not in this for medals. We’re in it to get paid, stay flying, and keep our independence. Some chase credits. Others crave action. A few just don’t fit anywhere else. What unites us? Loyalty to the crew and the rule that everyone earns their cut. When the jobs dry up or the price of survival goes dark? We’ll do what we have to. Black-market salvage, hush-hush contracts, smuggling—whatever it takes to keep the bay doors open and the lights on.

Views
We don’t bow to suits, flags, or syndicates. We don’t start wars—but we won’t flinch if one finds us. We’ve got ties to the outlaw world. Not proud of it, not ashamed either. It’s where some of us started, and where we might end up again if the ‘verse forces our hand. We deal with pirates and independents alike, so long as the credits are real and the job’s clear. The ‘verse is brutal, rusted, and honest in a way the inner worlds forget. We respect grit, loyalty, and blunt truth. Everything else? We cut it loose or leave it in the wreckage.

Charter

Fly Together, Die Together We don’t do lone wolves. If your name’s on the op, you’re in until it’s done—or until we’re scrap in orbit. That said, real life comes first. If you’ve gotta step away, just call it. No shame in it—just don’t vanish without a ping.

Don’t Be Deadweight Salvage is messy work. You don’t have to be a hero, just useful. Keep your kit tight, your head level, and your crew covered. We all pull weight, no passengers.

Play It Straight In-Crew No backstabbing. No leaks. No drama. We’ve all run with bad crews before—this isn’t one of them. Show respect, give respect. Screw that up, and you’re spaced from the roster.

We’re Not Mercs… Usually We don’t chase bounties or glory kills—but we don’t run from a scrap either. We’ve got outlaw roots, and we still work with folks the UEE won’t shake hands with. When things go dry or sideways, we’ll cross a line if we have to. Survival’s the job. Salvage is the goal.

Keep It Light, Keep It Tight This life can grind you down. So laugh, joke, talk trash—whatever keeps your boots from dragging. If it stops being fun, speak up. We’re crew, not cargo.

Loyalty Over Legacy Don’t care where you flew before. If you’ve got our back, you’re one of us. If you don’t? There’s the hatch. Sell us out, and you’ll be lucky to drift far enough to regret it.
