What is the general idea of the company as a whole?
Prosperity throughout the universe through trade and commerce, protection for those invested and those allied, and perdiem efforts in the art of war.
What can you expect from our community?
Our community goal is to make every employee feel free to express an opinion and seen it taken seriously. This will be achieved by a weekly board meeting where unclassified plans and topics on the forums will be discussed. These sessions will allow sit-ins with members followed by an open Q&A. The board consists of the CEO, the 4 department heads, and two members voted on by the community in monthly elections.
What can you expect from our organization?
Itani is a company built around self-reliance. Our goal is to explore, mine, trade, and secure all our own routes and resources. This is achieved with an extensive and simplified logistic system. Itani Industries’ system starts with the 4 departments in which you, after joining, can apply too.The department of Exploration, Research and Development, Trade and Finance, and Security fits any player style. With an easy department transfer system, as we do not wish to a punish an employee for wanting to enjoy star citizen a different way, makes our company an ideal place to work at.
What does pay look like?
Star citizen is obviously still in development as such it is hard to have a standard system or pay rate. However know that it will be fair and reflect what you put in. We would like it to be a job to job pay for staff members and salary for managers and above. Using your own ship will increase the amount you make, although know we have three high admirals with a wide selection of ships so no need to worry about buying one. If, for example, you are a staff waiting to be a manager but the slot is filled with a competent member we will happily raise your pay and fast track you to an open position. We reward results and effort. Contracted workers (temps) will also be paid fair but know we are actively trying to use full-time employees.
How do you view other orgs?
Trade is the main aspect of our company. As such we do not seek enemies and are happy to work with others. If you are an organization that wishes to keep independence from each other feel free to message me for inquiries about alliances. We are not seeking mergers unless the other organization independently wishes to disband and join ours. If a player wishes to be in multiple organizations we only ask branch managers and above to have this as his/her main organization. We also ask you disclose what other organizations you are apart of as we restrict pirate organizations for example.
