History

Welcome to the crew, we needed another replacement recruit.

PIRACY
Snaring, ambushing, insiding, luring, sneaking, and smash-and-grab styles all welcome. Piracy, in Star Citizen, is taking what isn’t yours from those outside your Crew, and we expect players to learn all of the skillsets required to remain a safe and active criminal.

PVP
Piracy is PVP, and IronPoint puts a huge emphasis on learning how to Dogfight and FPS (board) in-game. Expect to engage against large groups running trade routes, teams of eager bounty hunters looking to collect, or even enraged pilots returning to regain their cargo. We ensure IronPoint members can face all situations and come out with loot-in-hand.

ORG EVENTS
Compete with or against other organizations, join in with fellow Pirate crews for combined operations, and hang out with our own local team for some serious and silly antics as we fill our time together. Hathor, Executive Hangers, CiG Events; there’s plenty of events to do in-game, so get together with the IronPoint crew and stop doing them alone.

ARENA COMMANDER
Arena Commander is where we practice, learn, and teach skillsets in a repeatable manner. Learn how to duel and teamfight in Dogfights, and how to properly enter and clear a variety of vessels.

TOURNAMENTS
Join in our competitive Dogfighting Teams or our competitive FPS Teams as they test their mettle against other professional players in the Star Citizen Community. Practice and drill with the best and build the groups’ renown.

LEAVE ONLY BARE METAL
IronPoint is looking for driven and bloodthirsty players. Our team is centered around fighting, teamplay, complicated action, and looting; if you’re interested in getting your hands dirty and working with the Crew to bring down soft and hard targets, then throw in with us.

GOALS

ENDGAME CONTENT: IronPoint aims to reach endgame content and be a contender on the grand stage, once that materializes into a reality within Star Citizen.
THE BEST PIRATE ORG: IronPoint strives to be the best pirate crew both new, and into the far future. We accomplish this through teaching crew members how to be proficient in all manners of gameplay, and to give them the keys of creativity to problem solving.

PHILOSOPHY

We are jacks-of-all-trades. Piracy encompasses so many different gameplay loops, and crew that are good at them all make exceptionally reliable team members. Dogfighting, Boarding, Cargo Hauling, Scraping, and many other loops are important to us to know and understand.
We are professionals, calm and concise. We don’t let our anger or frustration get the better of us, and we let our actions speak for us. Keeping our word is important, especially to a victim. Deceit is fair game to a point, but if you agree to let someone go for a price then let them go.
We are good team members. Listening, following, patience, flexibility, and taking charge are all important qualities. We do what the team needs, and take charge of the teams we run.
