• Desmond and his long-time second, Charlie Brazel, form a provisional command council — later known as the Helios Directorate. • The Directorate establishes Helios Reclamation as an independent salvage and recovery organization. • Charter written aboard the MCRN Reclaimer “Dauntless”, rechristened HRS Helios Prime.2951–2953 — The Survival Years

1. Commander Gareth Desmond is the supreme authority of Helios Reclamation, responsible for strategic command, fleet integrity, and organizational vision. 2. XO Charlie Brazel serves as Executive Officer, overseeing daily operations, discipline, and logistics across all Helios assets. 3. All members will recognize and respect the established chain of command. 4. Orders from senior officers are to be executed with precision, professionalism, and without hesitation. 5. Rank is not privilege — it is responsibility earned through merit, discipline, and demonstrated service.⸻
III. Conduct and Expectations
Every member of Helios Reclamation shall:
1. Maintain Honor.Act with integrity, respect, and fairness in all dealings, both internal and external.
2. Uphold Discipline.Follow orders, maintain readiness, and conduct oneself as a representative of the fleet.
3. Work Hard, Rise Harder.Advancement within Helios is achieved through effort, consistency, and loyalty — not favoritism.
4. Protect the Crew.A Helios member does not leave another behind, in combat, in salvage, or in spirit.
5. Preserve the Ledger.All contracts, deals, and salvage claims must be recorded with transparency and accuracy.
6. Respect the Fleet.Ships, tools, and crew are sacred assets — negligence or misuse will not be tolerated.
7. Defend Our Name.We do not engage in piracy, betrayal, or dishonor. Our reputation is our currency.

IV. Rank and Structure
Helios Reclamation operates under a military-inspired command hierarchy adapted for commercial operations:
• Commander – Supreme Command Authority (Gareth Desmond) • Executive Officer (XO) – Second-in-Command (Charlie Brazel) • Fleet Captain – Command of major vessels and task groups • Lieutenant Commander – Division leads (operations, engineering, logistics, security) • Chief Specialist – Senior crew managing critical systems and teams • Specialist – Skilled operators, pilots, engineers, salvagers • Crewman – Entry-level members and apprentices under supervisionPromotion is earned through demonstrated service, loyalty, initiative, and contribution to Helios missions.
