History Manifesto Charter

History

The Helldroppers were born during the Second Tevarin War (2603–2610), but their roots trace back to the disastrous Siege of Corvan Ridge (2583). UEE Army Command (ARCOM) needed a rapid-response force capable of breaching entrenched planetary positions with zero warning. Traditional drop pods had high casualty rates and little tactical flexibility — a new doctrine was needed.

By 2587, ARCOM greenlit Project Helldropper, assembling elite Army units trained for zero-G insertions, orbital HALO drops, and exo-environment combat. The unit’s first operational success came in 2590, when the 301st deployed from low orbit directly into a fortified Tevarin mountain holdout on Jalan. They seized the position in 11 minutes. ARCOM classified the mission as a “Helldrop.” The name stuck.

Article I – Mission Statement
The Helldroppers PMC exists to provide rapid-deployment, high-impact, orbital and terrestrial combat operations to corporate, civilian, and governmental clients across UEE space and beyond. Our purpose is to achieve absolute tactical superiority in conditions where conventional forces cannot — or will not — operate.

We deliver warfare with precision, violence, and finality.

Article II – Scope of Operations
Contracted Engagements

Orbital assault and planetary insertion

Infrastructure seizure and sabotage

High-risk asset extraction

Counterinsurgency and insurgent support (non-simultaneous)

Threat neutralization (individual or group)

Voidzone reclamation and denial

Operational Zones

Authorized for deployment in all UEE-sanctioned sectors

Non-UEE systems at client risk

Black/Red systems with hazard pay escalation

Article III – Organizational Structure
Command Element

Commander of Operations (COO) – Final authority on all active deployments

Dropmaster General (DG) – Oversees orbital tactics, insertion vectors

Fire Teams (Designated A-Zulu) – Modular 3-to-5 operative squads trained for exo-environment combat

Divisions

Burn Division – Zero-G & Orbital Assault

Ash Division – Urban Suppression & Close Quarters

Echo Division – Recon, Ghost Operations & Counter-Intel

Grave Division – Recovery, Sabotage & Denial

Article IV – Code of Conduct
All Helldroppers operatives abide by the Burn Protocol:

The Contract is Sacred.

The Mission is Priority.

The Team is Blood.

Mercy is Optional. Efficiency is Not.

If captured: burn the data, burn the gear, burn yourself if necessary.

Violation of the Code results in Immediate Charter Revocation and designation as Hostile Former Asset (HFA).

Article V – Legal Status & Autonomy
Helldroppers PMC operates as an independent military contractor recognized under UEE Civilian Defense Annex §48B.

May partner with UEE Navy, Advocacy, and allied forces at client direction or command override.

Maintains the right to refuse missions deemed ethically incompatible or tactically suicidal without premium compensation.

Article VI – Legacy Protocol
Should the Helldroppers PMC be disbanded, dissolved, or declared rogue:

All remaining operatives are instructed to execute Protocol: Final Burn.

All digital records will be purged, cryopod caches locked, and cryptek caches launched into deep space.

The last operative will activate Skyfall Beacon, marking the end of the line.
