1.0 Member manifesto

General: manages fleets oversees base building and allocates recourses hands out tasks and training plans works with Captains to form battle plans and strategies ( max 5 )
Captain: oversees a fleet of capital ships and all accompanying squadrons managers sectors and basses of operation creates tactical plans and strategies for war scenarios and assigns tasks and recourses for Lieutenants ( max 8 )

Lieutenant: oversees 1 capital ship and its squadrons of fighters manages jobs and passes down orders to Sergeants oversees training ( max 10)
Generals Assistant Sergeant [GAS] deals with marketing, officer tasks and recruitment, also performs rearms and repairs of fighters and assists in the operating of capital ships as well as maintenance of bases, loading and unloading cargo ( max 20 )
Sergeant: leads 2 or so squadrons and gives orders to be past down oversees larger tasks and plans and fulfills special missions ( max 20 )
Corporal: leads 1 squadron of privates and oversees Privates tasks are completed to par helps in officer class tasks ( max 25 )
Private: Cargo runners fighter pilots and base builders ( max 30 )

A collection of individuals working together to better the lawless regions of space not as an empire or dictatorship but as a community working to farm and gather recourses to trade and uplift the economy and the people of the galaxy to defend and protect teach and share all that is available and provide the recourses some would try to steal so all can bear the fruit of the lands. lead in ways that would inspire and bring together strangers old and young different and alike. encourage fun and discourage lawlessness and bullying.

RULES:

please note friendly banter and teasing is not bullying and this organization will not accept the weak minded. we will not tolerate discussions of politics or ideologies or beliefs except for friendly polite debating witch must be planed and organized with a high ranking member in advance. I will not deal with racism or sexism or any other kind of ism. this is an organization built to enjoy a game not discuss listen or talk of or about your rants on life. keep it clean keep it fun focused ask and or provide life advice when approached but keep that private.

1. no racism or sexism or any other ism

2. brake rank or argue with higher ups and you will be sent to the brig we aim for fun and take into consideration all aspects of the game so apply yourself to your role and you will be seen and rank up I aim for fair and equal experiences of the game and its mechanics

3. if you see any of the members at any rank perform their duty or conduct themselves poorly i will accept messages to address and work through any issues ! DO NOT FEEL PRESURED TO KEEP QUIET SPEAK UP ! HOWEVER once addressed accept the conclusion on the matter

4. keep in mind content such as youtube or twitch material may be sourced from the ORG so watch your mouth swearing is fine but try keep it to a minimum

5. no promoting personal content without going through official channels if you make content through the ORG make me aware and ill promote all channels and such but no self promoting or spamming

6. this is a highly exclusive ORG and places in the hierarchy are finite so if you plan on taking a break bring it up to a high ranking member who will help you sort out your temporary leaving but if you fail to do so and you just disappear you will be kicked and loose your place in the ranks and will have to start at the bottom as a private dont argue you have been warned

7. have some fun and keep in mind others are here for fun as well so dont trump others fun to you benefit
