Ghostway Couriers & Contracts secures interstellar trade with precision logistics and hardened escort wings. We ferry critical goods, enforce contracts, and keep manifests intact across contested lanes trusted by merchants and militaries who cannot afford failure. Help us build a better tomorrow!

History

Captain Ace started Ghostway the way a lot of good ventures do — tired of watching other people bicker over profit and protection and convinced there was a better way to run both. What began as a small convoy outfit hauling high-value commercial consignments quickly took on a sharper purpose: control the flow of military materiel, force-of-arms contracts, and the hard goods that decide who holds power in a system. Captain Ace wanted an organization that didn’t just move cargo — it regulated it, protected it, and enforced the terms that made trade meaningful.

The early days were practical and brutal. Ghostway took whatever contracts others wouldn’t touch: sealed medical crates through contested systems, discreet extractions of prototypes from hostile ports, escorted shipments where diplomacy had failed. Those runs paid in cash and reputation. The crew learned logistics, legal cover, and how to bring measured force without turning every job into a firefight. Word spread: Ghostway didn’t promise miracles — it delivered manifests.

As Ghostway grew, it formalized. Trade lanes were negotiated and insured, contract wings were accredited and vetted, and a simple doctrine emerged: manifest first, contingency second, escalation last. Ghostway became the bridge between merchant houses who needed certainty and military clients who needed plausible deniability. That mix of commerce and calibrated might drew pilots, brokers, and freightmasters who wanted professional work and clear pay.

Today Ghostway operates across multiple hubs, keeping lanes open, enforcing contracts, and answering calls when markets and militaries collide. Captain Ace’s original aim — to control trade in military goods, might, and commercial cargo across contested space — lives in every manifest we sign. The company’s reputation is practical: hire Ghostway when you need certainty, not drama.

Manifesto

Our Mission here at Ghostway:

Ghostway Couriers & Contracts exists because trade without backbone is just noise. We move things that change hands for a reason—medical consignments, fragile prototypes, diplomatic parcels, and the iron contracts that keep systems honest. When cargo matters, people need to know there’s an outfit that will see it through. That’s us. We don’t romanticize what we do. We plan. We log. We show up. We carry manifests like they’re personal promises, and we treat every deviation from plan as an emergency. Our pilots aren’t thrill-seekers; they’re professionals who know how to read risk, run routes, and finish the job when the map stops being polite.

Core tenets

Chain-of-custody first.

  • Every handoff is recorded. Every waypoint verified. If it’s on our manifest, we’ll account for it.
  • Force as a last resort, but an expected one. We prefer lanes that stay quiet—licensed, insured, routable. When lanes break down, our contract wings step in, measured and lawful, to restore order.
  • Clear contracts, sharper consequences. We put terms in writing. We honor them. We enforce them. No ambiguity, no favors, no shortcuts.
  • Discretion and transparency, balanced. Clients get secure routes and encrypted status; our crews get clear pay and defined rules of engagement. We keep secrets when required and keep records when it matters.
  • Invest in people. Good pilots, brokers, and Freightmasters are rare. We train, equip, and back the crews who accept responsibility.

How we behave

We move deliberately. We plan contingencies before departure. We never let pride get ahead of judgment. If a run goes sideways, we don’t grandstand—we fix it. If a contract needs muscle, we supply calibrated force, not theatrics. We don’t steal; we reclaim. We don’t bluff; we deliver.

Who Fits Here?

If you value clarity over glory, craft over chaos, and you can keep your head when the route goes hot—you’ll fit. If you want pay that respects risk and rules that keep the crew alive, you’ll fit. We’re not for the reckless or the lazy. We’re for the steady, the precise, and the accountable.

Join Ghostway when you want your work to matter and your work to be honored. Protect the manifest. Earn the contract. Keep moving.

Charter

House Rules

  • Respect the Manifest.
If it’s on a Ghostway manifest, it’s our responsibility. Do not remove, sell, or alter contracted cargo without written authorization from command.
  • Follow Orders During Ops.
On an active mission the person with command authority (Convoy Lead / Mission Commander) issues direction. Question orders after the run — not during critical moments.
  • No Unapproved Piracy or Theft.
Ghostway is a legitimate contractor. We do not condone random piracy, griefing of non-hostile players, or theft of client property. Sanctioned interdictions must be pre-approved and contracted.
  • Use Approved Channels for Ops.
Mission briefs, manifests, and post-run reports go in the designated mission channel. Callouts and comms use the assigned voice channels; keep side chatter out of mission comms. (more for discord use)
  • Maintain Professional Conduct.
No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or discriminatory behavior. Treat teammates, clients, and affiliates with respect. Repeated toxicity will result in removal.
  • Radio Discipline & Comms Protocol.
Keep voice comms concise and relevant during missions. Use callsigns, report position, status, and threats clearly. Silence non-essential audio on approach and engagement.
  • Security & Confidentiality.
Do not share contracts, client manifests, or sensitive route info publicly. Sensitive intel stays inside Ghostway channels unless explicitly cleared.
  • Loot, Salvage & Rewards Policy.
Salvage or recovered goods from contracted runs belong to the manifest unless pre-arranged. Reward splits, salvage rights, and bounties are declared in the contract before mission start.
  • Pay & Compensation Transparency.
Payment terms and risk premiums must be agreed in writing before departure. Disputes about pay are handled by Ops Finance — file reports within 48 hours of mission completion.
  • Accountability & Reporting.
Report mission incidents (loss, capture, rule breach) immediately in the incident channel with logs/screenshots where possible. Honest reporting reduces penalties; concealment increases them. (more for discord use)
  • Training & Minimum Standards.
New members must complete basic convoy, escort, and comms training. Pilots must maintain minimum gear/ship standards specified for assigned roles.
  • No Exploits or Cheating.
Any use of exploits, hacks, or third-party cheats is immediate removal and referral to platform reporting. Ghostway maintains integrity of play.
  • Respect Client Relations.
Represent Ghostway professionally with clients and partners. No unauthorized promises, price-cuts, or contract changes — only command can modify contracts.
  • Chain of Command & Discipline.
Command decisions during operations are final. Discipline follows a three-strike model: Warning → Temporary Suspension → Removal. Severe or criminal actions may skip steps.
  • Appeals & Dispute Resolution.
Members may appeal disciplinary action to Trade Counsel within 7 days. Appeals must include evidence. Counsel rulings are binding unless new evidence emerges.
