History

In the aftermath of countless corporate wars and failed empires, a handful of pilots refused to kneel.
They were veterans, smugglers, guards-for-hire — survivors bound not by allegiance, but by conviction.
They had seen governments rise and fall, and learned that freedom could never be given — only taken, defended, and preserved.

From that belief, the Free Citizen League was born.
Starting as a loose band of independent combat pilots protecting neutral convoys across Stanton, the League grew into a disciplined yet sovereign force — one that answers to no nation, but honors every contract signed in good faith.

Today, the League operates across systems, offering protection, escort, and precision strike services to those who value liberty over tyranny.
Its creed remains unchanged:
Strength defines freedom. Unity preserves it.

在無數企業戰爭與帝國崩毀之後，仍有一群飛行員拒絕跪下。
他們是老兵、走私者、護航傭兵——不因效忠而聚，而因信念而盟。
他們見證權力興衰，深知自由從不是賞賜，而是奮力奪回並以意志守護的成果。

基於這份信念，自由公民聯盟（Free Citizen League）誕生了。
起初只是一群在 Stanton 星系護送中立船隊的獨立戰鬥飛行員，如今已成為紀律嚴謹而自主獨立的武力團體——不效忠於任何勢力，但信守每一份誠信締結的契約。

Manifesto

Freedom through Strength. Strength through Unity.

The Free Citizen League stands as a shield for those who refuse to kneel.
We believe that liberty is not maintained by words or laws alone — it endures through discipline, loyalty, and the strength to act when others remain silent.

We do not serve empires, corporations, or factions driven by greed.
We honor only our word, our comrades, and the freedom to choose our own path.

Every contract we accept is bound by integrity.
Every battle we fight is guided by purpose.

We are defenders, not conquerors; allies, not subjects.

To live free among the stars is our right — and our responsibility.

力量孕育自由，團結鑄就信念。

自由公民聯盟（Free Citizen League）是拒絕屈服者的盾牌。
我們相信，自由並非憑言語或法律維繫，而是靠紀律、忠誠與在沉默中仍願挺身而出的力量。

我們不為帝國、企業或貪婪的派系效命，
我們僅信守承諾、信任戰友，並捍衛選擇自己道路的權利。

每一份契約皆以誠信為約束；

Charter

Article I — Honor and Integrity
Every member of the Free Citizen League shall uphold honesty, discipline, and loyalty.
We honor our contracts and our word above all else.
Deception, betrayal, or cowardice will not be tolerated.

第一條　榮譽與誠信
自由公民聯盟之每一位成員，皆須恪守誠信、紀律與忠誠。
我們信守契約與承諾，視之高於一切。
欺詐、背叛或怯懦之行為，絕不容忍。

Article II — Freedom and Responsibility
We fight to defend freedom, not to abuse it.
Members may act independently but must ensure their actions do not tarnish the League’s honor or endanger its allies.

第二條　自由與責任
我們為守護自由而戰，而非濫用自由。
成員可獨立行動，惟其行為不得損害聯盟榮譽，亦不得危及友軍或盟友。

Article III — Conduct and Discipline
During League operations, members shall follow tactical command and maintain professional discipline.
Reckless behavior or unnecessary violence is forbidden.

第三條　行動與紀律
於聯盟任務期間，成員須服從戰術指揮並保持專業紀律。
禁止魯莽行為與無謂暴力。

Article IV — Neutrality and Contract Ethics
The League remains politically neutral and operates by contract, not ideology.
We serve clients who respect freedom and act in good faith.

第四條　中立與契約倫理
聯盟保持政治中立，以契約而非意識形態為行動準則。
我們僅與尊重自由、誠信合作之對象締約。

Article V — Brotherhood and Unity
A member’s life is worth more than any bounty.
We stand together in battle, leave no comrade behind, and share both victory and burden as one.

第五條　戰友與團結
戰友的生命重於一切賞金。
我們並肩作戰，不遺同袍，共享榮耀與責任。

Article VI — Legacy
The Free Citizen League exists to prove that freedom and order can coexist.
Every member carries that legacy — to fight free, live free, and leave the stars better than we found them.

第六條　傳承
自由公民聯盟的存在，旨在證明自由與秩序可以共存。
每一位成員皆承載此信念——為自由而戰，為榮譽而生，讓星辰因我們而更光明。
