Manifesto of Our Star Citizen Collective

We are a bold and vibrant community of women gamers charting our course through the infinite cosmos of Star Citizen. United by friendship, fun, and a shared love of exploration, we fly together—not just as players, but as a sisterhood.

We are adventurers, traders, bounty hunters, medics, miners, and mischief-makers. We laugh. We learn. We lift each other up. Whether you’re a grizzled space veteran or a starry-eyed rookie, you have a place here among us.

We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. Our doors are open to all women—cis, trans, queer, questioning, ace, femme, butch, or anything in between. If you identify as a woman and want a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space to thrive in the ‘verse, you’ve just found your crew.

We reject toxicity. We leave ego and exclusion at the airlock. Here, there’s no room for gatekeeping, only starmaps, teamwork, and joy. We celebrate each other’s victories, and when one of us gets lost in the black, the rest light the way back.

Article I – Name & Identity
We are an inclusive group of women gamers united by our love of Star Citizen. Our group is open to all women, including cis women, trans women, and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with womanhood. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and stand firmly for equality, respect, and inclusion.

Article II – Mission Statement
Our mission is to foster a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment where women gamers can explore the Star Citizen universe together. We aim to build lasting friendships, share knowledge, and create unforgettable in-game experiences through cooperation and camaraderie.

Article III – Core Values
We stand by these principles:

Inclusivity: All women are welcome here. Our community thrives on diversity.

Respect: Every voice matters. Harassment, discrimination, or toxicity will not be tolerated.

Adventure: From deep-space mining to dogfights, we seek out the thrill of the unknown together.

Support: Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned pilot, we help each other grow.

Eligibility:

Identify as a woman (inclusive of trans and non-binary individuals aligned with womanhood)

Respect and uphold the values listed above

Be willing to engage in group activities in Star Citizen

Joining:

New members are welcomed with open arms. No experience required—just a good attitude and a spirit of adventure.

We are a casual-to-midcore organization with an emphasis on collaborative gameplay. Common activities include:

Members are encouraged to find their niche and share their talents with the group. All playstyles welcome!

No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination—zero tolerance.

Consent and boundaries matter. Whether in chat, voice, or RP—mutual respect is key.

Represent us with pride. Be the reason someone else feels welcome.

Article VII – Leadership & Structure
This is a community-driven group. We operate with collaborative leadership, and decisions are made through open dialogue and feedback.
A few members may take on rotating organizer roles to keep events flowing and help onboard newcomers.
