ERS Inc. Betekent: Samen Spelen, Samen Groeien
Welkom bij Eco or Economical Resource Systems Inc (ERS), de coöperatie waarbij leden meer zijn dan alleen omzet. Vanaf het moment dat ERS Inc. werd opgericht hadden we één groot doel: een plek creëren waar gamers samen kunnen komen, plezier maken en vriendschappen opbouwen en samen kunnen werken aan een gemeenschappelijk doel. ERS wil niet zo maar een van de vele gemeenschappen zijn, maar wil werken aan het creëren van een hechte groep waar respect, loyaliteit, gezelligheid en avontuur centraal staan.

We streven naar gameplay met een sterke economische factor. Dat wil zeggen activiteiten rondom mining/resource collection, trading, crafting en base-building. Daar komt uiteraard ook de beveiliging van deze activiteiten bij. Wij willen een sterke gemeenschap opbouwen die ervoor kan zorgen dat iedereen hieraan kan verdienen, dit kan in de vorm van credits zijn, maar ook items of andere resources. Uiteraard zullen wij ons ook bezighouden met het opbouwen van reputatie met diverse in game contract-organisaties zoals Foxwell en Covalex zolang dit binnen de wetten van de UEE valt (dus gameplay die niet tot een crimestat kan leiden). We willen dat alle leden van de organisatie hier ook van kunnen profiteren. Daarnaast hebben wij een uitgesproken streven om met andere (lawful) organisaties bondgenootschappen en contacten te creëren, zodat we elkaar kunnen ondersteunen waar nodig. Hierbij hanteren wij het simpele principe van “geven en nemen”, dus geen moeilijkdoenerij met formulieren invullen, credits overdragen, gewoon elkaar helpen en daarmee vertrouwen opbouwen naar elkaar.

Deze principes hanteren wij ook bij de leden. Daarom willen wij graag alleen leden hebben die met deze verantwoordelijkheid op een volwassen en eervolle wijze kunnen omgaan. We willen dus geen opportunisten en egoïstische leden, maar een sociaal volwassen gemeenschap opbouwen die elkaar helpt en ondersteunt. Het spreekt dan ook voor zich dat daar geen ruimte is voor cheaters, hackers, griefers en alle andere oneervolle bezigheden wat niets met pvp of sociaal gaming te maken heeft. ERS Inc. gedoogd dit gedrag NIET

• Clan & Guild Support: Of je nou in MMO’s, shooters of strategiegames zit, we bieden structuur én gezelligheid.
• Events & Toernooien: Van casual fun-nights tot competitieve uitdagingen.
• Creatieve Vrijheid: Streams, memes, roleplay of fan-art? Gooi het erin!
• Samen Bouwen: Wil je iets nieuws starten binnen ERS Inc.? De ruimte is er.
• Missies vanuit de organisatie: In de toekomst zullen we, indien we groot genoeg zijn, een mission board opzetten waarbij leden zich kunnen “intekenen” om bepaalde missies te doen voor de organisatie. Hierbij kun je denken aan cargo runs, resource collection voor bepaalde onderdelen van de basis te kunnen bouwen etc.

Bij ERS Inc. zie je geen kille, afstandelijke “corporate” sfeer. We combineren een professionele organisatie met een speelse uitstraling en aanpak met veel vrijheid.

Iedereen is welkom, ongeacht ervaring of spel voorkeur, zolang dit binnen de grenzen van ERS valt, dus geen piraterij bijvoorbeeld, alleen lawful gameplay. We vieren diversiteit en respecteren elkaars stijl, of je nu voor de winst gaat of gewoon lekker wilt rondhangen.

Hechte Gemeenschap
Bij ERS Inc. draait het om de intieme sfeer. We geloven dat een sterke groep ontstaat door elkaar te kennen en samen herinneringen te maken.

Onze focus ligt op Nederland en België, maar gamers uit de hele EU tot zelfs internationaal zijn in principe welkom. Zoals onze allianties. We houden het laagdrempelig en gezellig in onze moedertaal. Maar uiteindelijk zal ERS Inc. 24/7 in een vorm actief moeten zijn en blijven als wij onze activiteiten willen kunnen beschermen, vandaar dat leden en affiliates uit andere tijdzones ook zeer welkom zijn.

Autonomie
Binnen ERS Inc. krijg je de ruimte om je eigen passie te volgen. Of je nu een team wilt opbouwen, events organiseert of creatieve projecten start, jij bepaalt je pad.

Veiligheid
Gaming moet leuk en veilig zijn. We zorgen voor een beschermde omgeving waar iedereen zich kan uiten zonder zorgen. Toxic gedrag? Geen plaats bij ons en rapporteer dit naar leidinggevenden (ERS CEO en/of ERS officers).

Communicatie
We geloven in open en eerlijke communicatie. Transparantie en samenwerking zorgen ervoor dat problemen snel opgelost worden en het vertrouwen in elkaar en de coöperatie groeit.

Welcome to Eco or Economical Resource Systems Inc (ERS), the cooperative where members are more than just revenue. From the moment ERS Inc. was founded, there was one big goal: to create a place where gamers can come together, have fun, build friendships and work together toward a common goal. ERS doesn’t just want to be one of the many communities but aims to build a close group centered around respect, loyalty, friendliness, and adventure.

We strive for gameplay with a strong economic factor, meaning activities around mining/resource collection, trading, crafting, and base-building. Securing these activities is also part of this. We want to build a strong community that ensures everyone can benefit from this, whether in credits, items, or other resources. Of course, we are also committed to building reputation with various in-game contract organizations like Foxwell and Covalex, as long as it fits within UEE law (so, gameplay that does not result into crimestats). We want all members of the organization to benefit. Additionally, we explicitly seek to create alliances and contacts with other (lawful) organizations, so we can support each other when necessary. Here, we follow the simple principle of “give and take” – no tricky paperwork or credit transfers, just helping each other and building trust.

We apply these principles to our members too. That’s why we only want members who can handle this responsibility in an honorable and mature manner. We do not seek opportunists or selfish members, but want to build a socially mature community that helps and supports each other. It goes without saying, there’s no room for cheaters, hackers, griefers, or any other dishonorable activities that have nothing to do with pvp or social gaming. ERS Inc. DOES NOT tolerate this behavior.

Our focus is on the Netherlands and Belgium, but gamers from across the EU and internationally are welcome in principle, as are our alliances. We keep it accessible and friendly in our native tongue. In the end, ERS Inc. must remain active in some form 24/7 to protect our activities, so members and affiliates from other time zones are very welcome.

Gedrag & Respect

- Intimidatie in welke vorm dan ook is verboden (o.a. seksuele intimidatie, racisme, seksisme, haatzaaien, bedreigingen, laster, trollen).
- Ernstig wangedrag = directe en permanente ban zonder waarschuwing.
- Voortdurend negatief gedrag kan leiden tot waarschuwingen en uiteindelijk een ban.
- Impersonatie (je voordoen als iemand anders, incl. staff) is absoluut niet toegestaan.
- Gebruik gewoon je gezonde verstand en als je twijfelt: gewoon niet posten.

Communicatie & Content

• Jou Discord nickname veranderd, naar: [ERS]spatie“Handle name”, exact zoals je Handle Name in The Verse en RSI Websites weergegeven wordt. Hou het gelijk zodat er ook geen misverstanden ontstaan als je als vriend toegevoegd moet worden. Geen juiste weergave leid tot verwijdering tot onze ERS Inc. Discord kanalen.
• Reclame, ongeacht de vorm, is verboden.
• Promotie van eigen content is alleen toegestaan in de daarvoor bestemde kanalen.
• Spam wordt niet getolereerd, plaats je bericht één keer.
• Verzoeken om gratis games, codes, merchandise, geld (in-game of IRL) of diensten zijn niet toegestaan, ook niet via DM’s.
• Discussies over piraterij, cheats of exploits (ongeacht game/bedrijf) zijn verboden.

Moderatie & Beleid

• Volg altijd de aanwijzingen van admins en moderators.
• Admins/mods mogen spelers zonder waarschuwing permanent verbannen bij overtreding.
• Twijfel je ergens over? Vraag het aan een moderator.

Communityrichtlijnen

• Wees vriendelijk en respectvol naar iedereen (ja, ook bots!).
