Eagle Company is a veteran-led team built on honor, teamwork, and fun. Our focus is on enjoying the ‘verse’s most rewarding content with a solid team at our side.

History

Welcome.

We Eagles are veterans of a former security charter, seasoned operators who saw a command structure fade and a purpose drift. When leadership vanished, we held the line. We see our future with a large planetary base, orbital station, and the security and logistical strength to support them. Our mission is to build an effective team of gamers who will be prepared to enjoy the best Star Citizen has to offer.

We invite you to fly with us.

Charter

This Charter governs the conduct and operations of all Eagle Company members.

Article I: Core Principles

Honor Above Profit: Our reputation is our most valuable asset. We conduct ourselves with integrity and fulfill our contracts.

Progression Together: We rise as a team. We share knowledge, resources, and opportunities to ensure that the success of the Company translates to the success and enjoyment of every member.

Respect Above All:
We are here to build up, not to tear down. We address conflicts constructively and privately, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone.

Article II: Standard Operating Procedures

Jurisdiction: Eagle Company operates as a lawful entity within UEE-controlled systems, where hostile action is restricted to declared adversaries and contractual obligations. In unmonitored or lawless space, however, these restrictions are lifted. Members are empowered to engage threats proactively, prioritizing the safety of the group and company assets above all else.

Communication: Use of voice communications is mandatory during all official operations. Clear, concise comms are critical to mission success.

Conduct: A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude is required. We are a no-drama organization. Any behavior that detracts from the group experience will not be tolerated.

Prohibitions: Piracy against players and all forms of griefing are strictly forbidden. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate removal.

Article III: Structure & Participation

Hierarchy: We employ a semi-militaristic structure to facilitate effective command during large-scale operations. Ranks include Commander, Officer, Member (Eagle), and Recruit.

Commitment: Eagle Company values quality over quantity. Members are expected to participate regularly in scheduled operations. While real life always comes first, consistent participation is key to our collective strength and success.

Recruitment: New applicants will join as a Recruit. Full membership as an “Eagle” is granted after a vetting period to ensure a good culture fit. Officers reserve the right to remove any individual who does not align with the principles of this Charter.
