Dingo Defense and Logistics – Professional. Secure. Timely.

History

Founded in 2955, the Dingo Defense and Logistics Group (DDLG) is an answer to both growing danger within the ‘verse, and the perhaps its most important aspect: logistics. The founding board of directors noted that there was an abundance of Private Military Corporations and simple shipping companies, but little to bridge the gap between the two. Out of this recognition, a vision was born: a shipping company that not only had the capability to deliver cargo under ideal circumstances, but also to securely transport assets through dangerous space and even provide combat support and battlefield logistics.

At the core of the Dingo Group is a promise: positive culture. Dissatisfied with the overbearing leadership of PMCs and corporations throughout the verse, the board decided that they could do it better, by doing very little. Built on a philosophy of autonomy, the company trusts employees to function independently with little oversight or intervention from higher-ups.

Any cargo. Any time. Any place. Any risk.

Manifesto

Vision

The Dingo Group does not see itself as a Private Military Corporation; rather as an unusually well-armed logistics company. With a roster made up of professional transport pilots, dedicated cargo handlers, and expert security specialists, the Dingo Group is your solution for any and all transport and combat services.

Services

Dingo primarily functions as a self-contained, high-security transport and industrial company. In addition to its own internal dealings, Dingo offers the following contract services upon request:
  • Overt and Covert transport of manpower and assets
  • Combat infiltration and exfiltration
  • Asset and personal security and escort
  • High-risk trading
  • Search and Rescue/Hostage recovery
    And more.

With no required hours or recurring training, the Dingo Group aims to maintain an easy, flexible culture. The company is currently accepting applicants of all skillsets and experience levels: join today and profit at your own pace!

Structure

A loose structure ensures profitability. At Dingo, you’ll find no barking of orders or pulling rank. Our associates are trusted to operate within their core competencies, and the job always takes precedence over our corporate hierarchy. We are here to make money and have fun doing it; not to stroke the egos of our executives.

Charter

Employee Conduct

The following tenets of employee conduct are expected to be adhered to by all employees of the Dingo Group, regardless of rank or station.

Preserve Culture

All employees must act all times with respect for associates, clients, and each other. Respect goes down the chain just as much as it goes up; abuse will not be tolerated.

Be a Professional

Whether captaining a ship, crewing one, handling cargo, or executing mercenary work on the ground, employees are expected to execute their duties diligently and competently. The company does not expect perfection, but competence is a must.

Representing the Company

It is not an expectation for all employees to recruit, however, associates must conduct themselves to represent the company well in both word and deed. In summary, respect extends to those outside the company as well.

Work on YOUR Schedule

There are no hard requirements of time dedication to the company. No minimum hours/week, no dues, no required events. Each employee has life outside of the company, and should never feel like they need to sacrifice for the Dingo Group.

Fair Profit

The Dingo Group exists to profit – for everyone. While there are no hard guidelines or requirements or perfectly equal profit sharing, a captain taking 90% of profit is unacceptable. Employees are stakeholders in the company, not free or cheap labor for executives.

Enjoy Your Work

Success comes from employees being invested in the company and the job; investment comes from enjoyment. Have fun, make money, and give feedback to company leadership whenever there is a suggestion or comment to be made.
