We’re not defined by UEE laws, nor bound by the flimsy honor of pirates. We are a force of tactical independence, motivated by profit, opportunity, and the sheer thrill of playing the game our own way. We take the contracts others won’t touch, execute the plans others can’t conceive, and always—always—leave a lasting, often confusing, impression.

The Chaotic Neutral Charter

I. Purpose

Chaotic Neutral is an organization dedicated to preserving the flow and adaptability of the universe. We will take whatever actions are necessary to prevent the imposition of rigid order or chaotic destruction upon the cosmos, and to ensure that all beings have the freedom to make their own choices and face their own consequences.

II. Non-Alignment

Chaotic Neutral shall never officially align itself with any faction, nor shall we declare permanent opposition to any faction. Our loyalty is to the universe itself, and we will work with or against any faction as the situation demands.

III. Adaptability

Chaotic Neutral shall maintain a decentralized structure, with individual cells operating independently but united under our core principles. We will continually adapt our tactics and strategies to meet the evolving needs of the universe.

IV. Aid and Intervention

Chaotic Neutral may provide aid to those in need, but such aid shall never come freely. We will demand change and growth from those we assist, for it is only through adaptation that lasting peace can be achieved. We will broker alliances and forge temporary truces to achieve mutual goals, and we will undermine those who would seek to halt the flow of the universe.

V. Membership

Membership in Chaotic Neutral is open to any individual who embraces our creed of adaptability and our commitment to preserving the flow of the universe. Members shall be free to make their own choices and face their own consequences, but any actions taken in the name of Chaotic Neutral must align with our core principles.

VI. Leadership

Chaotic Neutral shall have no single leader, but shall be guided by a council of experienced members. This council shall make strategic decisions for the organization, but all members shall have a voice in shaping our direction and actions.

VII. Amendment

This charter may be amended as necessary to ensure the continued relevance and effectiveness of Chaotic Neutral. Any amendments must be ratified by a majority vote of the membership.

By ratifying this charter, we, the members of Chaotic Neutral, dedicate ourselves to preserving the flow and adaptability of the universe. We will be the wild card, the force that ensures the cosmos remains a complex tapestry of choice and consequence. And we will do whatever it takes to keep the universe in motion.

For in a cosmos that is neither good nor evil, but simply exists, we are the force that will keep it that way. We are Chaotic Neutral, and we will not be silenced.
